The breakfast was delicious and varied. Delivered with a smile by Maria, one of the hotel’s owners. The staff was incredibly nice and warm, from the other Maria at the front desk to the bellman to the night manager and housekeeping staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff made certain that we always had what we needed, from extra water to fresh towels etc. The staff was also incredibly helpful with suggestions on places to visit and transportation. Just an all around wonderful experience! We can’t wait to go back next year.

Everything was wonderful.

It’s not easy to find fairly priced hotels and we were very happy we chose this one. It’s a small boutique like hotel with a handful of employees so you will feel comfortable right away seeing the same helpful staff. Both Maria’s at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good as it’s on the lower part of Positano and getting to the beach and waterfront won’t be easy from a higher location. Rooms are a good size, balcony was a nice feature. Good AC and a nice included breakfast. Would stay here again.

Excellent location in Positano! Right in the lower shopping area and close to the beach/ferry . We could walk everywhere we needed in just a couple of minutes The staff was so pleasant and accommodated all our needs. Breakfast options were delicious and delivered right to our room at the time of our choosing The hotel was so clean and smelled absolutely amazing ! Our room exceeded our expectations of size and had an excellent view from the terrace

I adored this hotel. The location was perfect. Car parking garage right beside it which we made use of. The interior was stunning. The staff were so kind and helpful. We got beautiful breakfast to the room. Our room was probably my favourite of all our stays over our three week holiday around Italy. It was so quirky and beautifully designed with a small balcony and amazing views of the town. Loads of space and super comfy bed. The hotel alone made us want to revisit.

We only stayed one night.

The room was very clean and spacious (compared to other hotels) and we had an amazing view of Positano for Breakfast! The breakfast options were great. They were also able to get us to check in early and make a private car transfer to Naples.

The staff was very helpful but I think the main lobby / front desk experience could be a bit more accommodating (provide more seating instead of a small couch for guests to sit and wait to check-in) maybe offer water/tea/snacks upon arrival would make this a bit more worth the price? Another 3-star hotel offered complimentary items upon check-in which makes the experience much better.

The hotel was in the perfect location! Great views with only a short walk up. We were able to go up and down several times a day with no problem. But even better than the location was the staff. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly kind and welcoming. They brought breakfast to our room and always offered coffee and croissants. We had an amazing time here. Our favorite hotel in our 5 city trip!

Absolutely loved the view from our room. The hospitality from the front desk was great. Maria and another woman (I forgot her name) were very accommodating. They both gave great recommendations and also even called one of the restaurants for us to confirm our pick up accommodations. Rooms were clean everyday and my belongings felt safe.

Maybe some more free breakfast options.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Positano. Everything is accessible by walking. The hotel staff were all lovely and accomodating for any of our needs. Very professional, while being friendly and relaxed. The rooms were very pleasant, the daily in room cleaning, fresh towels & sheets was such a lovely service. The Beds are very comfortable, the AC is very effective. The views are unmatched for the price of this hotel.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The breakfast and service by the breakfast staff was incredible!in addition to serving breakfast we were offered suggestions on what to do in Positano she shared information about the Feragosto festivities and recommendations for beaches and viewing stations for the fireworks and procession.

The staff member that checked us in- was a bit distant and could have been a bit more welcoming and informative. When we asked her for suggestions regarding things to do and places for dinner it was as if we were imposing on her.

The property is in a really good location in Positano, about halfway through the town so you don’t have to walk up or down very far to get to shops, the beach and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful and included a breakfast in your stay and the property was lovely and clean

The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like I was sleeping straight onto springs and made sleeping difficult. For the price you pay in this area you would expect a bit more comfort
