A lovely large hotel which at first shocks with the many rooms, but is very well located and very comfortable for guests. Clean, large room with a large terrace. The restaurant is on the second floor and has a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. In the evening there is wonderful entertainment with songs and dances for children and adults. There is free parking next to the hotel.

The food was good but to be honest I was expecting more fish and seafood.

Beautiful surroundings, great pool complex, loved our sea view room. Communication beforehand was good, staff on site were friendly.

Wifi did not work well, none in rooms and in the communal area it did not work properly. Food in the all inclusive restaurant was the same most evenings. You had to pay more to use the other restaurant on site.

Everything was great!

The location was great. Near the main attractions of the area (Maratea, isola di Dino and Acromagno beach). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The pizza we had at the pizzeria was absolutely amazing x one of the best pizza I have ever had. So good and light. The restaurant food was also delicious. Just great!

No WiFi in the rooms which was quite disappointing. The prices are quite expensive. The bar, the drinks and the restaurants are way too expensive. I think they should change this a little bit as this resort has a potential but with this price people get easily disappointed.

Long wait at the reception for check-in & check-out due lack of staff. No staff to help with luggage. Very confusing hotel layout makes it a puzzle to move between floors and outlets.

The beach was amazing, the pizzeria was great despite being a bit expensive. The kids club was great and the pool amazing. The kids pool is very safe and spacious. There is a little cute shop in the property that came very handy for a few things we needed during our stay. The view is great and the location too.

The property is very disorganized, it took us almost one hour to find out where our room was and we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to let us in when arrived to open the gate and park the car. We heard other guests complaining at the check in and saw lost guests with heavy luggage looking for their room at the arrival. The balcony in the room was dirty and there were ants all over the floor. The wi fi had a very low signal so we ended up using our cellular data when needed. At breakfast there were tables assigned on 3 different floors and no one knew which our table was (other guests were also complaining saying they had been walking for a while looking for their names on the table and they didn’t want to waste the whole morning) Coffees were served in plastic cups!! There was an unbelievably amount of plastic 🥲 (spoons, cups, cereal bowls…) . There were no umbrellas around the kids pool but only on the other side of the pool.

There is no wi-fi in the room, only in certain places. Restaurants you can't go You need to discuss this with the hotel in advance. I didn't know this because they told me about it. The air conditioner is limited to 23 Celsius and you cannot lower it below. 3 electric sockets for a room of 4 people. there are a lot of nuances, well, okay, we had a great time with my family

The only thing I liked is the Location .

Restaurant staff incompetent ,poor breakfast , very poor dinner

The accommodation was big enough for a family of 4. The swimming pool is of a good size. The near beach is very handy, just few minutes walking, though it's not a sand but rather a stones beach (keep this in mind if you don't like it). Restaurants for lunch or dinner are reserved to clients being part of the certain bookings (including or not those options). You can still use them, but they were quite expensive compared to what you would find around and that's why we didn't use them.

It's 2024, not having Wi-Fi in each room is quite disappointing. Leaving wi-fi only to common areas is really not handy. At arrival, we were surprised to be obliged to pay 20 additional euro per person for the whole stay to have access to basic facilities which were already included in the Booking reservation (e.g. breakfast, swimming pool). Although they claimed it was part of the arrangements, that sounded like a real scam. It doesn't matter if it's written in 6 font size statements, this is not how you handle clients, this is not customer oriented. It actually sounds really like a scam. We couldn't sleep for two nights in a row because the music in the common area was very loud, of disco type music, and up till past mid-night. What's that? We were on holiday, we wanted to sleep, we couldn't. That's not acceptable. The breakfast was included, though the offering was of poor quality, especially for the salty options. Moreover, it's 2024 people! Plastic spoons, plastic glasses, plastic containers for milk and cereals. Not only does that seem pretty cheap for a resort of 4 stars, but it's actually very bad for the environments and uncommon in 2024.
