My stay was really great. Owner was superfriendly and helpful. The room was very clean, bed really comfortable (i want pillows like that in my home :D). Small wonderful details, like make-up removal pads, extra heater, tea in your room. From treviso you can take a bus, that takes you almost to the b&b. I will definetely come here again :)

The guesthouse is located in the small, quiet town of Preganziol, from which there are frequent trains to Venice (journey time about 30 minutes), and the train station is a 25-minute walk from the guesthouse (the road goes along the main street, so it is safe even In the evening); The room was very clean, cozy, equipped in accordance with the offer; it was cleaned every day; The owner of the guesthouse is a very nice, sympathetic and helpful person who greeted us every day at a very good breakfast. One day, she offered us a ride to the station by car, for which we thank You again. I recommend the place to people who want to rest in peace and quiet after a full of impressions sightseeing in Venice.

The residential area. The house and room were nice.

The transportation to and from the railway station is a problem as there are no public transportation options. The Owner Carina picked me up from station ( thanks to her) but on the way back return I was very frustrated and no one spoke English to communicate finally Owner Carina arranges a Limousine to station which charged me quite a bit for the short ride.

Good location, Venice can be easy reached by car. Very nice and friendly host lady, the room with the Italian charm was big and clean. The breakfast was good. And ... when we left we got a little present from the host lady...traditional Venetian biscuits. Super good!

There was NOTHING to be disliked!

Rina’s hospitality was exceptional, it was truly like being at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, in a newly renovated building. The location is within 10 minutes drive from train station to go to Venice. Could not recommend enough, we’ll certainly be back if we visit the area again.

The house of Rina is a very high quality B&B. There was plenty of parking and a secure location for my bike. My room was a very good size with an excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good, both were immaculately clean. Rina and Dario are excellent hosts and I really enjoyed our conversations. Breakfast was very good, Rina kindly prepared a toastie and eggs for me. Highly recommended.

The hostess was super friendly granny. She was awesome and the place was very nice and close to Treviso.

We couldn’t regulate the AC for our room, it was set for whole house.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean, the room had been thoughtfully equipped with extras like kettle, shower gel, cotton wool and make up remover. Breakfast was lovely with exceptional home made cakes.

The host was extremely polite and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy and the building is in a very nice neighbourhood. The train staion is about 2km from the appartment, which is important to going to Venice.

The room was very nice and the bathroom was huge and modern! We loved it! We also loved the breakfast, assorted sweets, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and homemade ham and cheese paninis! delicious!
