I loved how spacious, clean, and comfy the room was. Much bigger and nicer than I was expecting, it even had a small balcony. I’ve stayed in hotels pricier than this that weren’t nearly as nice. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were wonderful and I loved that it was so close to the train station .

Only things I have to note: a coffee machine in the room would be nice, and the welcome folder needed to be sorted though because some of the materials were out of date. Some of the information I found online was also a little inaccurate. Really, very small drawbacks in an overall great stay with wonderful staff.

Small privetly owned hotel very close to Venice. Train station 5 min away with tickets cost only 3Euro one way. Clean facilities with very helpful staff. The room was quite bacis and not very modern but it was also not very expensive. Parking on site was a bonus to us. Very good continental breakfast served u til 9:30am. I would definitely stay there again. We had the most amazing pizza (1 m long) in Pizzalonga in the town, highly recommended!

Everything worked well and hotel fullfilled our excpectations. Location is very good close to the train station to Venice. Breakfast was ok, little bit shortage of some popular foodstuff. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Parking in the garage or on hotel courtyard.

On the night Friday to Sarurday there was a big party in the restaurant on hotel inner court. It made terrible noice which lasted very late.

BREAKFAST: very good options, sweet brakfast, toasts, fruit, coffees, pastry, hams....many options to choose from. and for foods intolerants : not so many options, but it is possible to eat , what can be difficult in hotels ( we have intolerance for milk, lactose, wheat, gluten and eggs ) ROOM : clean , big , warm BATHROOM : big ( toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin and big mirror ) GARAGE : underground garage, feel safe about our car abroad LOCATION : close to highway, and many shops, bar, restaurants around VENICE : train station is 3 minutes behind the hotel, SUPER CLOSE ( 4 stops,25 minutes from Venice train station ST.Lucia , 2,85€ one way adult )

SHOWER :for me, like a woman, the flow of water from the shower was very very very weak. it was really big problem to wash shampoo from long hair. GARAGE : with our car ( audi A6 all road-long car ), little bit difficult to move around the garage, but not impossible. you see on the walls of the garage that so many cars scratched the car paint .

It is a beautiful hotel with on-site, free underground parking in the center of town, located about 30 minutes by car from Venice. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to make every guest happy.Upon arrival we wondered where to park our car since very few spots were available near the entrance to the hotel. We therefore asked the receptionist for advice and he directed us to park our car right away in the underground garage. He then checked us in efficiently and politely answered our questions, mostly regarding where to have dinner because it is not offered at the hotel (a number of restaurants are basically next door). We were happy to buy cold beer and wine at the reception desk. Our room was nice, the bed looked (and was) comfortable, the bathroom clean. After returning from dinner we discovered that the central air-conditioning system was broken. Well, this happens. Opening the windows brought some cool night air into the room (not nearly enough) but also the noise from the revelers who congregated outdoors at the various close-by restaurants and bars. Unfortunately we did not get a decent nights sleep because of the stuffy room and outside noise.

We were not pleased with the broken central air-conditioning system and surprised that we were not told about this and also that no offer was made for any kind of compensation for this mishap.

Perfect for visiting Venice, two minutes from the station. Dated hotel but with everything you need. Breakfast was good and varied. The staff was smiley and courteous. The room was warm and spacious.

The fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Sadly it's something I find often in Italy, it needs to be cleaned! The bed could have a topper if it's a double room, the hole in the middle of the bed is never comfortable.

An exceptional hotel in the center of the town. Just a few minutes from the hotel is a square, a park... The hotel is located in an excellent location and is connected to important locations in the area by road. We had a parking space in the hotel garage, which is one of the advantages because the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, plentiful. There's no way that you can't be satisfied with the breakfast they serve at this hotel.

If you need the internet for work while you are in the hotel, you will have a problem. It is extremely slow and it is impossible to do anything. If you drive a tall or long car, parking in the hotel garage can be a problem because the space is cramped.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to change the room. The rooms are comfortable enough, clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent, varied. The coffee is excellent. The hotel has a garage, which is quite narrow, so you should be careful when maneuvering. The hotel is on a square where there are also several pleasant cafés and restaurants. On Friday evenings, a disco party is organized on the square, which ends "on time" (around 11 p.m.). It's an additional, free benefit! The town is very beautiful, well-organized, well-maintained, and we were extremely comfortable in it. The train station for Venice or Treviso is just a few minutes from the hotel.

It would be good if there is a kettle in the room.

Location is great, very close to the train station. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby, we especially loved Saor right in front of the hotel. Hotel is old, but well kept and clean. Room cleaning every day, even on Sunday. Breakfast ok, nothing special

The beds are very hard. Diffucult to get a good night's sleep

Loved the secluded location and pleasantly surprised by the night ambiance with DJs at the restaurants nearby. Close to the rail station(2 min away) which made the transfer to Venice so easy with a direct train for aprox 17 min. The location could use an upgrade especially the bathroom.

The high tub...I needed a children's chair to get in and out safely. Poor breakfast. You have to wait in line for a table to be available in the morning, and most likely when that happens there isn't much to eat.
