BREAKFAST: very good options, sweet brakfast, toasts, fruit, coffees, pastry, hams....many options to choose from. and for foods intolerants : not so many options, but it is possible to eat , what can be difficult in hotels ( we have intolerance for milk, lactose, wheat, gluten and eggs ) ROOM : clean , big , warm BATHROOM : big ( toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin and big mirror ) GARAGE : underground garage, feel safe about our car abroad LOCATION : close to highway, and many shops, bar, restaurants around VENICE : train station is 3 minutes behind the hotel, SUPER CLOSE ( 4 stops,25 minutes from Venice train station ST.Lucia , 2,85€ one way adult )

SHOWER :for me, like a woman, the flow of water from the shower was very very very weak. it was really big problem to wash shampoo from long hair. GARAGE : with our car ( audi A6 all road-long car ), little bit difficult to move around the garage, but not impossible. you see on the walls of the garage that so many cars scratched the car paint .

An exceptional hotel in the center of the town. Just a few minutes from the hotel is a square, a park... The hotel is located in an excellent location and is connected to important locations in the area by road. We had a parking space in the hotel garage, which is one of the advantages because the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, plentiful. There's no way that you can't be satisfied with the breakfast they serve at this hotel.

If you need the internet for work while you are in the hotel, you will have a problem. It is extremely slow and it is impossible to do anything. If you drive a tall or long car, parking in the hotel garage can be a problem because the space is cramped.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to change the room. The rooms are comfortable enough, clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent, varied. The coffee is excellent. The hotel has a garage, which is quite narrow, so you should be careful when maneuvering. The hotel is on a square where there are also several pleasant cafés and restaurants. On Friday evenings, a disco party is organized on the square, which ends "on time" (around 11 p.m.). It's an additional, free benefit! The town is very beautiful, well-organized, well-maintained, and we were extremely comfortable in it. The train station for Venice or Treviso is just a few minutes from the hotel.

It would be good if there is a kettle in the room.

We booked a superior room and it was nice, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. Towels and a basic set for hygiene were available. The breakfast buffet was nice - fresh bread, boiled eggs, butter, jam, vegetables, tea, fruit, coffee, cheese... Coffee machine makes very good coffee. The hotel has free garage parking and 24-hour front desk, which was great for a late check-in.

We didn't know exactly where in the garage we could park, and the garage was quite complicated. We have to pay for a bottle of water, it would be welcome if they put a free bottle of water in room, that kind of detail make a better impression about hotel.

Loved the secluded location and pleasantly surprised by the night ambiance with DJs at the restaurants nearby. Close to the rail station(2 min away) which made the transfer to Venice so easy with a direct train for aprox 17 min. The location could use an upgrade especially the bathroom.

The high tub...I needed a children's chair to get in and out safely. Poor breakfast. You have to wait in line for a table to be available in the morning, and most likely when that happens there isn't much to eat.

Great location for the Train to Venice and Treviso. Reception staff very nice, Private free underground parking for our Motorcycle. We booked the superior room after reading previous reviews. For the money it was a good deal. Not perfect, but ok. The town has a big market on Mondays.

Noisy outside on a friday night, the Hotel courtyard shares the space with a Bar and two Restaruants. Try to get a room at the back of the hotel not facing the Bars if you like quiet.

the staff are very friendly.. from the reception to the cleaning ladies to the breakfast staff. I also love the breakfast there…nice environment and lots of options. the room is basic but clean. the location is three mins walk to the station but the train to Venice can be every hour so it’s good to check the train timetable beforehand . it’s 20 -25 mins to Venice Saint Lucia station. a bit far but makes the hotel very affordable

What a hotel. Reception man was excellent telling us the best way around venice, so attentive and informative. Location was excellent only 5 minutes if that walk to the train station which takes you to venice in 25 minutes costing €2.95 single. Underground parking was excellent safe and secure. Restaurants close by and shops too. Breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Room very good and quiet. Price we payed was also very cheap. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. Leave your car in an underground garage and travel to & from Venice by train. Train stop is 100m from the hotel.

It’s not really a 4* hotel. Shower facilities are in desperate need of renovation. Breakfast is just ok, but no better than that. Breakfast room is quite small for a hotel of this size, so one might wait before getting a table. Hotel staff should be more attentive to promptly refill e.g. bread, cheese etc. when they run out, so hotel guests do not need to wait.

Location is great and it is beautiful. Loved the old charm including the old hotel key.

The beds were hard and lumpy. The pillows were also awful, one was flat and the other was just hard. The parking garage is also meant for small European cars, which is no fault to the hotel, but we struggled with our Toyota Highlander. We did come out unscathed however. Lastly, we could not figure out the AC and it was warm and loud outside so keeping windows open wasn’t an option.
