The venue immediately overtakes your expectations of what this hotel might be, set right next to the lake and a small ferry jetty. The view was thrilling and I threw the windows of my room wide open to a bracing breeze. But even the reality is a well-run accommodation that is clean and well maintained centred around a very good restaurant. What I chose in the restaurant was excellent so must assume that all options must be too! Breakfast was a good selection for all tastes.

A little quirky trying to find the hall and stair light switches on timers ... and you needed to constantly.

Fantastic location- room right on lake- spectacular views- on boat terminal but not running when we stayed- end of season? Lovely gardens- staff very friendly and helpful- dining room good food -lovely setting and wines- peaceful location- lovely village and easy parking. Very happy!

Ok in October but no aircon might be a problem high summer - yes towels a bit thin and shower little cramped

The location is exceptional. The terrace is one of the nicest on all of Lago d'Iseo, and the restaurant is really good. Probably as good as better-known restaurants nearby, and the situation--directly on the lakefront--can't be beat.

This hotel (which we have stayed at previously) is in a fantastic location with easy on-site parking. The rooms are lovely and the restaurant is also very good. We will return

Convenient location. Great view from the room, daily cleaning in the room. Lovely restaurant Italian cuisine. Breakfast is classic, hearty, a large selection of products. Helpful hotel owners. Shady garden for relaxation with chairs and sunbeds, swimming in the lake. Bicycle rental, jetty for pleasure boats on the lake.

Given the lack of an elevator, a lift service is desirable - lowering luggage by hotel staff.

The location and the view were great! They let us leave the car at the property even after we checked out, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant offered some interesting local dishes with catch from the lake.

An amazing location.Right on the waters edge.The hotel, with wonderful views over the lake, is more or less integrated with the pier used by the lake passenger boats.Very convenient for round trips on the lake. Add a friendly staff, a good restaurant also serving local fish from the lake and a very helpful and efficient owner.

Amazing view of the lake, nice breakfast and super clean room. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Overall great price / quality ratio.

The location is outstanding. The restaurant was also pretty good as were the staff. Room had a balcony with a lake view so that was good. On-site parking is always a bonus !
