Everything was great but my only complaint would be that by the time of the booking, it was clearly mentioned that the "double room" had a maximum capacity of 2 people but in reality, the room has an extra single bed (one Queen bed + Single bed), since we were 5 people, we had to book 3 rooms in order to fit us all when we could've easily fit in 2 double rooms. Only because of this, I took out points because it affected directly our pockets on something that could've been prevented easily if the description was accurate, other than that, great stay.

The location of this hotel was amazing that offers a great front view of Lago d'iseo. It was accessible to town, a few mins walk to the restaurants and offers wide range of variety for breakfast. The staff are very accomodating and nice, very helpful in answering your queries and offers solutions.

The aircondition was not cool enough, although maybe because it was very warm at that time but still do-able. Overall, our stay was great and definitely will come back again.

Perfect hotel with fabulous lake views from the balcony. Amazing comfy bed in a good sized and very clean room and bathroom.There was a fantastic large balcony overlooking the lake with mountain views. Great buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Easy underground parking if needed. Would highly recommend for a visit to Lake Iseo.

Nothing to dislike

This was the second time that I've stayed at this hotel, I was so impressed the first time explaining why I returned again with my family. It's got a great pool, it's super clean with friendly staff and provides a delicious breakfast. A good location and useful parking too- you can't ask for more!

The hotel is great. The breakfast is amazing. They served soute porcini mushrooms. It was excellent, so delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The only thing l did not like is that when l checked out , the reception could not prepare an fiscal invoice under the company name because she said that the booking.com received the payment before so we could not issue an invoice for you. It was strange for me. I have been staying so many hotels and it was not happened to me before in any of hotels which l stayed. They gave me a paper written under the company name. Except that, it is a great hotel.

Good Breakfast and internet. TV only english channels were BBC and Sky world news. I was able to view netflix no problem.

was some confusion over the handwritten wifi access code wouldn't work, reception told me it was a technical issue and would be fixed later however checking with another person later that evening, it was badly written down. A printed code would stop any confusion. The TV was a Smart TV it would have been nice to have the TV WiFi enabled so i could have cast netflix onto it.

Everything was great. The room was large and stylish with a lovely big balcony with a great lake view. The pool was great with a very friendly and helpful lifeguard. All of the staff, including the cleaners were great. The breakfast was superb. Underground parking was also excellent. I would highly recommend

We loved this hotel, it has amazing location (super close to the lake), free parking, beautiful views, the rooms are spacious, clean and warm (we were there late November), breakfast and the people working there were wonderful too!

it was a bit noisy when it was full

Breakfast was excellent - fresh and delicious. The room was great with an amazing balcony and view. Staff were really nice, attentive and kind. The location was great - free parking, 2 minutes from the lake, and walkable to all the shops and restaurants.

A beautifully equipped hotel. Beautiful garden surroundings with a lovely terrace and small private garden for our room on the ground floor. Excellent parking with a lovely entrance from the parking area straight into the hotel. Good breakfast. Excellent location.

The staff was variable - our first meeting was with a very friendly receptionist, while the evening shift was manned by a rather surly lady. The hotel had no restaurant and, though there were a number of restaurants nearby, the evening receptionist did not really give us much information about them.
