The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke excellent English, were really responsive and really helpful. Unfortunately the day we came the restaurant wasn't open so they organised for us to eat at a nearby place when we arrived late, which was a lifesaver. They made us feel really welcome, especially our young kids. Breakfast was excellent, and they helped organise a late checkout so we could use the swimming pool and relax. The rooms were large, and we enjoyed a bottle of local prosecco on the veranda on our evening of arrival.

It was a shame that the restaurant wasn't open on the night we stayed but we should have checked!

Everything was exceptional! The hotel, restaurant, facilities, garden, breakfast, value for money, staff and... Dilano! :) They were also kind enough to provide me with an iron, and even ironing room, which in my eyes is an extra point! Will try to visit again in couple of years, but this time for a longer period. Grazie, PHJ guys!

The location is not the best if your goal is to travel to/from Venice, especially at night, when you have no other options than expensive taxies, but it's not so bad. The train station is about 20-25 minutes by walk, but I recommend reserving a shuttle from the hotel, which is 5 euro/person. I'd even say it is mandatory if you are with big suitcases.

Stayed here for the second time in 11 days. Clean and well appointed large room (#311). There was a little more noise this time (mainly because of a noisy, large group) and the bed was not as comfortable as the first stay. But, this is a very nice, well run place with good value and excellent breakfast, located in a park setting. Great location for an in or out from Venice airport. I had a rental car, but I think they have a shuttle service. Staff was nice and I would certainly stay again.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Only thing preventing a rating of 10 was that we had only body wash, no shampoo or conditioner. Our friends had body lotion in their room, but we did not. Breakfast was wonderful! Hotel was a bit hard to find, but worth it!

No shampoo or conditioner, no body lotion, no coffee maker. Room was too warm with no way to regulate the temperature, but everything else was excellent!

This hotel has old world charm. We were given rooms on the ground floor itself that were old style and not renovated. Nevertheless, they felt so nice, clean and well kept. Our room also had a balcony space which was extremely charming. The lady at the front desk, I think her name is Ilaria, was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

I wish they had a breakfast area within the hotel building. the car park could be a little bigger, considering that it filled up so fast towards the evening.

it was ok to stay 1-2 nights while one is in the transit/travelling by car. and it is not far from Venice. there is nice nature around, different trees, palms, snails, pheasants and grass lawn. there is very good restaurant next door, at the crossroad, which looks like belong to the same owner. Very good one and highly recommended.

Service leaves much to be desired, most of the staff are not trained how to make a good and timely service and treat guests, who are basically paying them salary. there is one lady at the reception, who is talking to the guests as if they are guilty with something by default and owe her something. she managed to spoil completely an impression of the hotel.

Not first time in this place. Very friendly staff and a nice place to rest, short or long. Don't be fooled by the location! When you come to this place, you are guaranteed not to regret coming there! Excellent location for visiting Venice, Lido di Jesolo, Treviso...

It would be rude to criticize this place. There are no perfect hotels. It is much more important to constantly improve and this place does that.

Shuttle bus to the Quarto D Altino station for 5 euros pp. Hotel is 20 minutes from the centre of all main attractions. Supermarket and a great local Italian restaurant next door (Piero’s snack) within 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and surrounding areas were great. Breakfast selection Late check in

The only thing was you can't walk through the breakfast room to the patio area / gardens from bar so you have to carry your drinks and go out the main reception down to the car park and around the hedge to the entrance into the garden / patio. Why

EVERYTHING!! This was my first time to Italy and Venice was first on the list of my friend and I's week of travel. The hotel, staff, location was perfect! The staff went above and beyond and so friendly that it certainly helped to kick start a great time in Italy. I will be going back for maybe a long weekend, like it's only 2 hours away and the hotel exceeded expectations. Close location for taxi from airport to hotel, and even better location for train station to wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend this hotel and Italy train travel
