At check in the reception team offered an upgrade room no extra as they were not that busy . We had the choice of two rooms with seaviews. The staff were all very friendly and they have free bikes to get around Riccione. We were there for a surf life saving event and this made getting around really easy. The meals Bfast and dinner at the restaurant were very good. The waiter had excellent English and very good at his job. Front office and cleaning staff also very friendly.

Absolutely top quality with very kind staff - especially the young guy at the reception - and cleanliness. Good breakfast, easy parking, heated pool.

I personally don’t like when my room is cleaned every day during my stay and they change my towels. There was nothing sign or anything else to ask not to clean my room.

It was absoulutely wonderful a few days off work, I decided to go to Italy for 4 days with my husband, and the hotel Ascot was the best choice, Staff is amazing and very helpful, rooms are cosy and cleaned thoroughly every day, food served by restaurant is delicious and various, location on the beach, facing sea view, free bike service available, I am sure everyone will be satisfied of staying in Hotel Ascot. I want to say one more time BIG THANK YOU for all staff in the hotel, they make it place more valuable for their help.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and would definitely return. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable we had a balcony and a sea view. The location is great steps from the beach and a short walk to good restaurants and shops the hotel also has a swimming pool and provided us towels. The staff are so helpful arranging appointment for the coved test me needed to fly home and even sent a car to take us to the airport. We had read some negative reviews about the hotel before we booked and decided to book any way and were so glad we did as we enjoyed our stay and for the money it was such good value thank you hotel Ascot for making our stay so nice.

We liked Danielle as she was very helpful and did her best. The other lady was good but couldn't understand English.

The male receptionist in the evening was useless as one day when I was ill, I needed help getting out of a taxi and all he did was stand, look and laugh. I needed a taxi and he couldn't understand a single word. The other ladies all understood and helped. He couldn't even make a coffee when asked for.
