The location was very good, We traveled by car and well protected private parking was a serious factor in our selection of places to stay. The property was close to main roads, but very quiet. The host greeted us when we arrived and quickly walked us through the apartment, The breakfast food was provided for the whole duration of our stay. Homemade cookies and cakes were delicious, The apartment is compact but sufficient for not a long stay. The bathroom was properly equipped and the shower was very good. We like books and have a non-common home library. That is why we pay attention to the books collected by the owners of properties where we stay, I have to mention a very good selection of books in the bedroom. It probably reflects good tastes of the "8 di cuori" owners. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped with everything we needed. It was also nicely decorated by posters with witty texts. We went to Rimini because it is marked by several unique historical monuments. All of them were very close to the apartment. Walk to the beach also was easy and pleasant.

We did not have any noticeable issues and really enjoyed our stay.

Great location near the old town. Seaside is within a walking distance. As this is in city, shops and restaurants are within easy reach. It is quite a spacious flat with everything needed for pleasant stay. A great touch was that hosts have thought about ``hungry travellers`` :) and there was some basic food in the kitchen in case you arrive late and are too tired to go look for shop and restaurant. Our stay was really good. P.S. Republic of SanMarino is less than 20 km from this accommodation and very well worth visiting.

so the place is a real charmer. very nicely decored and very practical including a kitchen oven stove etc. the owners were super nice and left lots of food in the fridge and also cakes one of which the lady of the house baked herself.

the only problems are: 1. it is far from the beach if you don’t have a car. 2. the driveway is extremely narrow and very hard to park a large car 3. the air conditioner is only in the living room and it was very hot so it took a lot of time with the AC on max to cool the bedroom to a cosy temperature. having said all that, it is highly recommended

Everything was great, accomodation and furniture very comfortable. Since it's located between the sea and historical center of the city, it's very easy to guide yourself and reach all interesting places. We will be really glad to visit it one more time !

More breakfast choices would have been better. The food was in the refrigerator and on the table for our stay. Needed more cereal and fruit options. Also no eggs or meats.

We stayed in the accommodation only for a night. It was super cosy and clean. More beautiful than in the photos! The family (Patty, her son and husband) were very nice and helpful. And the location of their little appartament is spot on as it is a short walk from the city center and near the sea. Can't say enaugh nice words! Just wonderful! Would recommend to everyone :)
