The location is great, nice staff, facilities are okay.

There is an odd smell in rooms, probably from cleaning agents. The smell was so strong for the first room I stayed, which had a carpet floor. The staff changed my room twice. The room with paquet floor also had a strong smell, but more bearable, the room with tile floor was much better, even though the smell was still presented. The reason could be that those beach hotels do not have a fresh air circulation system, so the only way to get fresh air is to open the window. Since the weather is still rather cool in March, the whole winter of the residue of cleaning agents was preserved. This seems a general problem of many small European hotels, where the building code was not up to morden standards for in door air quality, and there was little consideration of controlling VOCs.

Location. One of the main guaranteed advantages. The hotel is located on the waterfront within walking distance to the beach. There are plenty of beaches, but they charge an entry fee. It seems that you can get a discount if you receive a certificate at the reception. The hotel do not provide free beach as such. We also found out a bit later that the hotel offers beach towels for rent for an additional fee. Also, within a 20-25 minute walk, you can reach the city center. The hotel offers bike rentals. There is also a sufficient amount of two-wheelers and scooters outside the hotel that you can rent if needed. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel. Pool. The staff constantly maintains the cleanliness of the water and the pool itself. There is a bar nearby with a huge selection of cocktails. Room. The room was on the upper floor, new and modern, with a large balcony and a beautiful panoramic glass door. The room had everything you needed, including a paid minibar. The bathroom was spacious. Staff. Polite and helpful. Always ready to assist. A team of professionals. It's pleasant to be surrounded by such caring hotel staff.

It would be great to fix some inconvenient moment in the shower room: - it had a significant leak to the outside - I found out some fungus-like spots in the ceiling

Access to wifi requires registration. You are asked to give name, surname, email and phone number, a non sense! Don’t tell me, again, that it is for privacy/security because 1) I could have entered fake info, making this process useless for the above purposes 2) You have already my data. All hotels around the works only ask for the room number, in the worst case. And you are FORCED to complete a survey to proceed. It only takes a few second, but it not acceptable in principle that you force me to complete a survey to get wifi access!!!

Our family liked the hotel. The location is excellent, and the sea view is gorgeous. We reserved a parking spot near the hotel and a place on the beach right in front of the hotel. The room is clean (except for the windows and the glass balcony). The staff is friendly. The restaurant is superb.

I didn't like the dirty windows and balcony. It wasn't very pleasant to sit in the chair and look at the sea through the dirty balcony glass.

Excellent location. Recently renovated apartments facing the city. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Spacious shower.

WiFi issues, including no connection on the balcony and occasional poor connectivity. The breakfast could have been more varied. The menu remained unchanged throughout the stay.

Well located. Beautiful reception area. 3 lifts available. Very welcoming. Room was average size but bathroom and balcony were both spacious. Views from room fantastic. Restaurant great ambience and again, wonderful view. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and the dining room and bar staff were so attentive.

Newly renovated modern-style by the beach. Great piano bar, for a quick drink not to break the budget- very classy. Open high ceiling entrance. Great room, comfortable bed. Beautiful decore

Difficult to enter with a the same car constantly blocking guests on foot entrance.

Super location just infront of the beach and we have a room balcony with seaview and it was grandious excellent view. Breakfast was very good and big varieties. Room is very comfortable and clean too. Restaurants and bars are surrounded this hotel.

Toilet amenities are too less. Hotel parking gate opening was too slow that I had to wait quite long time at outside.

Beautiful hotel, right on the beach. We found the staff to be super friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast is a HUGE buffet, super varied and generous. The pool is amazing and the loungers are so comfortable. There is a bar by the pool and the waiters work hard bringing drinks and food all day. The beds are comfortable and the balconies are big. The hotel is right on the beach and there's a ton of restaurants and activities all around it. We had a great stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to others!

Great location with sea view. Close to city center as well. Very friendly and supportive staff. Rooms cleaned every day. Nice and quite big swimming pool.plus for a bar at the swimming pool area and a live music in the evening!

- unfortunately there were construction works in front of the hotel (end od june 2022) and so it was noisy since early morning. - i would expect better breakfast - sweets were delicious but.. there were no vegies besides toamtos and olives...in a 4* hotel i would also expect better bread than just the tosts..
