Great location, 15 minute walk into town, but lots of shops and restaurants much closer. Breakfast was very good, staff were pleasant .

Wi-Fi was absolutely hopeless to the point it wouldn’t load google maps. Receptionist tried to tell me it was my phone and I pad. Works great at 6 am when no one else is using it. Just a wardrobe in the room no shelves or cupboards. Shower was ridiculously small, lots of noise via the bidet shower and toilet .

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel really welcomed and they went above and beyond when an airstrike could have left me stranded in Italy with no where to stay. The location was ideal to visit exporivaschuh with the lake just a short stroll away, with some lovely restaurants near by too. The garden area was lovely to relax in on an evening after a hard day working.

The beds were a little on the hard side, but that is just my personal preference.

Very nice hotel in the quiet part of Riva del Garda. Beautiful view from the room over the swimming pool and mountains, nice balcony, room was very clean, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I recommend for a longer stay, it has everything that is needed to enjoy your holidays at Lake Garda.

We loved the location, the very good air-conditioning and the sound proofing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, especially if you'd like cake for breakfast! Great pool.

The wifi was extremely weak and slow in the room, but great in the bar area. There are no power points near the bed. Only one behind the TV and one in the bathroom

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. A complete breakfast with a wide variety of products to suits different needs. A safe room for bikes. A large car park for guest. Additionally, The hotel has a fantastic cafe and bar which I enjoyed a number of times. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops and a short walk from the center of Riva and Lake Garda

Everything was great - great staff, breakfast, beautiful renovated rooms, very spacious, beds we're comfortable, great atmosphere, very lovely and welcoming. Location is a bit far from the center of Riva, but it was better for us, we liked the environment - lots of bars, gelaterias and great restraunts.

Nice pool with a view of the mountains in the back, good location nearby the beach (and the best gelato shop nearby), and in ok walking distance to the city center.

Only blankets and not duvet in the older rooms. We asked if it was possible to get duvet covers, but that seemed to be difficult, even when they had it on some of the other rooms. Some of the staff seemed grumpy and not so genuine…

Our room was small but with the balcony facing the swimming pool we didn't suffer! Fantastic hotel, good breakfast with a lot of options, friendly staff, free bikes, 2 ducks enjoying the swimming pool every afternoon 🤩.

Amazing location, wonderful customer service, and lovely amenities. I was there with my wife and 2 young boys (7 and 10) and we had a great time. Very family friendly and very very close to everything especially the lake.
