everything was very clean and looked good as we expected from the photos! the staff were exceptional! they made us feel so welcome and at home. breakfast and other food and cocktails were perfect. amazing to sit by the pool and have a drink :) we had a night at the spa which was so amazing , we had the spa to ourselves with a bottle of Prosecco! there was a lot of space to sunbathe and relax by the pool and on upper floor where you have the sun beds. not to mention the perfect location!!honestly the list can go on!!

honestly the only thing that we can say is that the beds were two singles but together. so there was a bit of a gap in between which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Sauna is NOT included. While I've never seen this before in my life in any hotel and i wouldn't have expected this, it is mentioned in the small print on the lakefront booking page. But even if you want to pay extra for the sauna it is another 40€ for 90min per person (=80€)! Or 65€ if you are a single person! That is unexpected and absurd! If your reason for a hotel is a sauna, you'll easily get way cheaper hotels with a sauna included. The concept mistake is, they use images of the sauna for advertising but rent it only for exclusive private use.

The hotel looks new, fresh, clean and beautiful. The SPA zone is well worth your time and money. The outside pool has wonderful scenery. The location is great - calm, close to the marina and beach, not far from the old town (I much prefer this location to the old town). The reception staff was outstanding.

The noise isolation is not excellent. Breakfast didn't have much vegan food (there were options though).

The breakfast was amazing we had everything (excluding fresh orangejuice) we could wish for. The staff was very friendly, the hotel interior was a good quality and very clean.

The „private“ SPA which we could not use, because you have to make a reservation and book the whole area for 40EUR/90Min for each person. Why is it not possible to use this area for free/smaller fee without the right for exclusive use? I think this hotel could make more than one or two private SPA user happy by opening this area for every hotel guest like its standard in ever hotel!

Excellent hotel! Location very good. Staff were friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about area and activities. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and it's facilities. Pool was lovely and not overcrowded. Breakfast was good. Our room was modern and clean with two balconies with fabulous views across the Lake. Beds were very comfortable.

Some guests brought a couple of dogs which were small and yappy, when mentioned to Reception they paged the owners who were leaving that day anyway. Need another coffee machine for breakfast!

Very clean lovely friendly staff always greeted us with smile. Very nice breakfast with plenty if choice. Nicely located with good views of the lake although quite a walk up to the old town of RIVA but didn't mind that as such spectacular views. This was my second visit to the hotel would definitely recommend if you don't mind eating out every evening as they don't do evening meals

Only spent one night but was good location and easy accessible. Room was clean and facilities were good. Amazing breakfast. Secure parking in underground car park.

Had booked a room with balcony and on the day of check in this was changed and we didn’t receive this type of room. On arrival it was explained there was a mix up and we were giving 50% off which made up for this as we were only staying one night so not really a great complaint.

paper cups in the room was not a nice option , to have tea or coffee in and once used never replaced, soap in the bathroom was not replenished after opened.beds were not made up , whilst on vacation I don’t expect to make my own bed every night.

I wish we had stayed in the old town in the north east corner of Riva del Garda. That is mostly where we spent our time. We live in Florida so didn't spend a ton of time sunbathing/at the lake etc. Its only a short less than mile walk on a gorgeous water path. If you are looking for a quiet location away from the old town and directly across from the lake, this is it! The view from the hotel was gorgeous!

The staff was a little confusing on check-in but it was probably my fault for not speaking the language. It was a little close to a fairly busy road, but the pool, view, and nice breakfast more than made up for it.

Amazing location with great views everywhere, great pool, next to a busy road, but noise isn’t an issue plus it’s nice to people and vehicle watch. Hotel is very clean, lovely staff and a great selection at breakfast.

Room was a touch small, had a noisy neighbour for 3 nights as well, but that’s not the hotels fault.
