Everything about our stay was incredible. The location was optimally placed near the Termini station, perfect after a long flight and well placed to walk to the center of Rome. The breakfast vouchers we were given (2 minutes down the road) were a delicious start to each morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, much needed after a long hot day of walking. By far the best part about our stay, was our host, Valerio. He went above and beyond with his advice and recommendations, making our trip really special. He is an incredibly genuine and friendly man and I look forward to staying again in the future! Grazie Mille!

The place is very well located and is ose to Termini so it's very easy to get about Rome. It's also within walking distance of sites . This I'd the only was to see Rome to be honest ..walking Valerio was an excellent host . We arrived late due to transport issues with the Airline and pick up not showing at the airport but Valerio was waiting to greet us and tell us a out everything we needed to know. We got loads of recommendations from him about where to eat and where to try gelato..we were in Italy after all . We had such an amazing trip and had such an amazing and very knowledgeable host. Definitely recommended .
A fantastic place It's a 5th floior apartment . Only for a powercut during a thunderstorm we had to climb the stairs once during our stay . powercuts are common during thunderstorms everywhere apart from That its a great wee place

The best word that I could use to describe our stay was: magical. From the absolute beginning, Valerio was nothing but accommodating. Our flight was delayed slightly in arrival, but to Valerio this was no problem at all and he very kindly adjusted our check-in to suit! His constant communication relieved us of any questions we might have, and in the event we were unsure of something, we received a speedy response. No question was a silly question to Valerio, and as mentioned above, paired with his brilliant food recommendations and breakfast bags that he made us, made an already amazing trip to Rome even better. The location was perfect. Situated a two-minute walk from Termini, this allowed for us to utilise the metro to travel to wherever we liked. With loads of amazing restaurants, we were never short of a place to eat! Likewise, the room was immaculate. We stayed in the Girasole room, overlooking a courtyard, and we experienced absolutely no noise issues at night. The room was air-conditioned with a TV (although we were too busy to make use of this!), and the bed was comfy. There is loads of storage room, and plenty of hangers to hang your clothes. Our mini-fridge was also stacked with numerous snacks to keep us going. Whilst the B&B is on the 5th floor, there is a lift, so no need to worry about lugging your suitcases up numerous flights of stairs. All-in-all, I could not recommend this B&B enough. If you have the opportunity to stay here, seize it! Valerio is the most accommodating host, and the location is excellent. Don’t miss out!

I booked this hotel for my parents 40th wedding anniversary, and Valerio couldn't do enough to accommodate them and help them out. He even left a little gift on the day of their anniversary! They had an amazing holiday and said how lovely the hotel was. Thank you so much for everything!

From our check in with the friendly and accommodating owner, Valerio, to our departure, we had a great stay. Room was good size and on the top floor of the building (with elevator access), balcony onto the street was a bonus (but not noisy), location near Termini and public transportation was perfect, breakfast we chose (prepared packaged goods in our room) was fine (alternative is to eat at nearby cafe), bed was comfortable, furnishings were quirky and functional and authentic and interesting, bathroom (private, but separate from our room) was good. This is an excellent choice for a soggiorno in Rome.
There wasn't anything not to like.

Visited Rome for 5 days for the lead up to Christmas, Valerio was super helpful from the moment I made the booking until we left. Our flight out to Rome got cancelled and he made it super easy for us to extend our stay an additional day. He explained everything really well when we checked in, and had the place to ourselves for the whole time! It’s lovely an quiet at night (which I didn’t expect) but still close to everything and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The room we stayed in was small and cosy, and fine for a short stay. It also had a lovely balcony! The only thing I would mention is it’s on the fifth floor, there is a lift (but I hate lifts) so I got very fit climbing those stairs regularly! but that’s no fault of Valerio’s or the B&B, just if you don’t like lifts this is something to be aware of! You get breakfast vouchers for a cafe down the road where you get a free coffee and snack, but you aren’t allowed to sit down to eat/drink unless you pay extra!! but the coffee there is very very good. The B&B is in a great location and you really couldn’t ask for a better host! Take on board some of Valerio’s recommendations for bars/restaurants as we went to a couple and they were all lovely. Thank you again!!! 10/10

Location is excellent. Walking distance from termini train station and metro. There’s also a couple of really great restaurant and cafe across the road. Valerio is a lovely host and provided us with generous breakfast. We stayed for three nights and looked forward to going back to a comfortable room after touring the whole day. The room size is bigger than expected and it had nice hot shower. If we’re ever in Rome again, we would certainly here as it was much better than the hotel we stayed in.
We loved our stay but if something can be better, I would say the base of the mattress could be sturdier. Unfortunately, we can hear the spring every time we turned.

Valerio was very communicative in advance of my arrival, and helpful in welcoming me. They were even able to get a room ready early, a very helpful accommodation (he had indicated ahead that I could store my luggage there with my early arrival). The room was an adequate size, with a balcony opening onto an inner courtyard. The location is up at the top of the building, with an elevator. It was very quiet except for the wonderful pealing of bells from the churches. It was not overly large, but more than adequate, and well appointed. I used the voucher for a coffee and pastry at a local bar, which was great for feeling a part of life in Rome. There are restaurants nearby - I enjoyed both Trattoria Cecio and Ristorante Elettra. The location is very near the main train station, and very convenient.
The converted apartment has no common space, just the individual rooms. In most cases, this probably does not change the actual experience (particularly during the ever-continuing pandemic); but I did miss the feel of an actual B&B.

For my first time in Rome, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I loved the aesthetic, the way the room opened up out onto a busy (but not noisy) street, the old style elevator up to the top, Valerio being on hand to help me out with any queries or assistance or recommend places to eat (Celcio across the road is where I will make time for any time I am in town!). I loved Rome and can count myself lucky I had a great place to just stay and relax when I wasn't trying to fit in quite a busy itinerary.
I honestly can't think of anything. Even the weather remained perfect and only rained on the day I was leaving haha!

Host was very attentive, breakfast bags, drinks, snacks cheese and meat in the fridge was a lovely touch. Bed was extremely comfy, location fantastic.
I didn’t like that upon arrival we exited the train station from the side not from the front, this resulted in us following Valerio’s instructions on how to get to the B&B completely wrong. Late tired and walking round in circles was not fun. This was our mistake and Valerio tried to help as much as he could. We soon realised our stay was literally round the corner from the B&B 🤦♀️
