Absolutely everything - location 5 min walk to train station Termini and metro, beautiful room with bathroom in it, we had a windows facing the street so was a bit noisy but completely fine with that. I was surprised by personal touch from slippers and different extra things in the bathroom to complimentary welcome snacks and Prosecco. It’s a family business so they really trying to make you feel like home, can help you with different recommendations about what to see and where to go if needed

Everything perfect, just small reminder for future guests- make sure to have some cash to pay city tax when you’ll be checking in - I know that some people as well too used to have only cards with them but you need to pay that amount in cash.

Great off season price. Excellent location close to Roma Termini. Good security and lift in building. Everything you need to room with high comfort level in bed and pillow. Very little road noise so good for sleep. Lots of food options close by.

Nothing.

Loved the location, it was just a stones throw from the train station. We found we could walk everywhere from the hotel and did not need to pay for Taxis. I felt the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the street from the window in our room, this was an added bonus. The staff where very accommodating and gave us advice on some of the best places to visit , eat or drink. They gave us a map and marked the areas out clearly on it to make it easier for us to get around. The cleaning team where great, room was cleaned every day, fresh bed covers and towels each day when we returned from our tours.

Mikey was very friendly at reception. Check-in was fairly fuss-free and the accommodation was very easy to get to from Roma Termini station. Although we were recommended not to get the public transport, we did anyway just so that we can stay out of the scorching summer sun and spend more time at our intended attractions rather than simply meandering. Room came equipped with two small bottled of prosecco, coffee machine and capsules, a kitchenette and some snacks - greatly appreciated! The general apartment building was quite charming on the inside too.

I'm sure housekeeping is doing their best but there were stains on some of the bedsheets and towels during my time of stay.

A lovely family owned business. Close to the termini, shops and everything you need while staying in Rome. Our room was comfortable. The beds were comfy. Tv had Netflix! There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with shampoos conditioner etc. I will point out that if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs maybe necessary as the walls are thin that you can hear the neighbors zipping up their luggage.

We had a lot of goodies in the room including a bottle of champagne, coke, nutella snacks and also little toastie biscotta with gem and biscuits) and coffee pods , milk and sugar! Room was very well equipped with slippers, very comfy bed and pillows and all bathroom confectionary you need including tootbrushes with toothpaste, razor and shaving cream, and all else you need! Host Yuri was very friendly and his staff was very helpful and helped with luggage upstairs! Also gave us a lot of tips and maps on visiting the Rome city and where can have breakfast! Thank you so much ! Area is very close to the train station and easy to walk and find, no problem wheeling your luggage on footpath ! Lots of shops around for souvenir and snacks (like mini marts)! Also can sit have a coffee or drink next door outside in night it’s very safe and nice and quiet ! Really nice to stay in a more Italian authentic style rather than a fancy modern hotel! Thank you very much for making our stay so enjoyable!

First night we couldn’t get the air on working so was quite stuffy and hot but second day we told the owner they came and switched main unit on and it was ok… they were in progress of looking at it to get it fixed up) Also the hot water kept going cold every so often but only for a short moment so seems if another user in the building using it is affected!

From the moment we arrived we felt how welcoming and helpful the owners are. Everything was very clean, the facilities may not have been brand new but very very well taken care of. We immediately got that warm and cozy feeling. The room was cleaned every single day and we got fresh towels daily. On our first day they explained everything you need to know as a first time visitor in Rome. We got help for every little detail and also for booking tickets to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, as well as for the Vatican museums. Every recommendation we got was exceptional. And that made our stay in Rome so much more enjoyable. The goodness and the willingness to help everyone who stays at the hotel really shined on our technically last day, when we realised that we made an error in the booking and booked for one less night than we needed. Sadly they we fully booked (not that was a big surprise) but they helped us find a place to stay for our last night in Rome. We are eternally grateful for that and we’ll be for sure staying at La Casa di Amy during our next time in Rome. Big thanks to Miky and Youri!

Very friendly personnel, storing luggage after are checkout was no issue and provided a lot of guidance on what to do.

The fragrant sticks smell was overwhelming when we entered the room. We both tasted the scent in our mouth. This was shortly fixed by placing the sticks outside on the balcony.

We had an amazing time staying at this guest house only few minutes from central station Termini. The lovely host made us feel like a part of the family from first minute while giving us all the tips on what to see in the city. We also got some good recommendations for a local restaurants and neighbourhoods to visit, which we were very grateful for as we have never been in Rome before. Room was cosy and tidy and included small fridge, kettle and coffee machine, some free snacks and we also got new coffee pods everyday. Toiletries were provided too as well as sanitary pads for women! There was also daily room service with an option to have your towels cleaned everyday. We were absolutely pleased with our choice of accommodation and would definitely recommend it!

living like you are part of the city. very kind staff with great recommendations for places to go. clean, privacy if you want it. close to the train station and a good location to explore the city from. would stay there again.

it’s located close to the train station, meaning the neighbourhood can be a bit spooky after hours. I was aware of it before I booked the place and did not mind.
