We had a really wonderful time in Rome. Thanks to Francheska for all of the help! She was so patient with us, considering that we had so many questions about food, transportation etc. Apartment is placed on great location. Everything is walking distance. Supermarket that works every day is only 200m away, there are also Metro and bus stop, hop-on hop-off buses also (they go often, 5-10min). We also used “Just eat” app for ordering food when we were tired, it works well, you can pay online, we used Paypal. I must say elevator/lift is new, great condition! I didn’t even expect that in Rome. Building is clean, our room also. We were asked if we want every day cleaning or clean towels. We had a/c unit that we used when it was hot. We had warm water every day…. So nothing was missing really… We also used self check-in, and it’s not complicated. Also once you enter you have your own card which you use for entering, both building and the apartment.

Good location, close to the metro and taxi ranks. It is within walking distance of many important attractions in Rome. The front desk team is very helpful and kind. Good bed, good shower and easy access to the room.

The view from the room is not attractive at all, with some windows of other buildings right in front of it. To maintain privacy you will need to keep the curtains closed. A little pricey for the type of room and decor. Probably a better option for business trips than leisure trips. They don't offer breakfast, but there is a coffee maker and hot water in the common area.

The property was beautiful, very clean and modern. The room had everything that was needed- the hairdryer was brilliant! Fridge in the room was a plus and optional mini bar. Shower was nice, although a bit small. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Receptionist was very nice and explained everything to us in great detail. Location was perfect! Walking distance to everything and only 10-15 minute walk to the train station, termini. Would stay again!

Lack of signage outside the property, was difficult to find.

Perfect for business travelers and tourists alike. Located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The spacious room featured a comfortable king-size bed and a dedicated workspace with fast, reliable WiFi. The bathroom was spotless with consistent hot water. There's a small living room with tables outside of the room where you can eat confortably. Room cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay. Would recommend, especially for business travelers needing a comfortable place to work.

The shower had some issues, inconsistent water temperature and pressure made showering less than ideal. But nothing to really worry about. I enjoyed the stay

Please put Nespresso machine in there and it would be absolutely perfect!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and they made it a real pleasure to stay there. Great location too, and very quiet at night despite being central. Very nice room, with a huge TV and Netflix included. Beds very comfortable, air con was excellent, decent sized fridge. Lovely bathroom with drencher shower. Easy to use safe and plenty of cupboard space. Iron and board too.

location was superb. it is very quiet. even though others were there we never saw anyone . staff was very helpful .

It isn’t marked in any so we had trouble finding it. I walked up and down the street several times ( with my husband parked illegally ) before happening on the appropriate door where someone told me it was on the 4th floor ( where there was still no indication of its presence ). the other problem ( not their fault) is there is construction all around it making access difficult .

Very nice hotel with very big rooms! Nice bathroom, view and super comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay, and the staff was also very helpful to recommend places to eat.

The elevator was under construction so every time we had to go home, we had to walk up to the 4th floor which was very exhausting! Thankfully the staff helped with our luggage upon arrival..

We absolutely loved this hotel! It's in a fantastic location, and the facilities were brand new and more than adequate. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We greatly appreciated the early check-in; they were very accommodating and it made our trip much smoother. But what really stood out was the amazing lady at the reception. She was one of the best we've ever encountered. She spoke English excellently and was incredibly helpful in various aspects of our stay. A big thumbs up for that! Overall, it's a fantastic hotel, and we will book our stay for next year. Highly recommend it to everyone.

The location is good. The room was clean. The workers were kind. There was no slipper, I coudnt get shower. When you enter room after 6 pm you have to pay extra money. After 8. Pm there was not any workers so we coudnt enter the hotel. The neighbour helped us to find keys. The internet speed was too slow, one night it barely worked. The free us of coffee and the was good.
