We loved staying at Concept terrace- location is amazing, we walked everywhere and so close to bus, Metro, Trevi fountain, Borghese Gardens and Colosseum. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, the breakfasts were awesome- fresh orange juice, coffee, tea, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, rice, cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit and yoghurt- honestly the best breakfast we’ve had and kept us going through the day. Staff were available to help as needed and happy to assist. Thank you to Palmera and team for looking after us so well!!

Its a great location, walking distance to all major attractions. The room is comfortable. The best part of the stay however was the service. Vincent made sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. Thankyou Vincent!

There was nothing we didn’t like but a couple of things would be helpful to know beforehand. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a building that is locked outside of normal hours, so it’s not obvious it’s a hotel from the street. I liked this aspect as it felt safe but if you’re arriving outside of normal hours, make sure you get the code to the door or get instructions on how to get in. Also, there’s no iron or ironing board in your room so if you need one just allow some time to have it delivered to your room.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this hotel in Rome! The accommodation was flawless and well-kept, creating a nice and restful atmosphere. Breakfast was great every morning, with plenty of alternatives to pick from. The host and all of the staff were really helpful and kind, always willing to assist with a smile. Their friendliness made our stay much more pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal for touring the city. We would strongly recommend this location to anyone visiting Rome and would certainly stay here again!

The room was lovely, the shower was great, and the staff were really helpful and friendly (they went beyond normal to make sure we were comfortable). The staff member gave our son some potato chips for no reason, he was really nice. They order us taxis to dinner and to the airport. Our room had a balcony and loved having breakfast out there. The normal place for breakfast was great too. The breakfast was really good, the eggs and bacon, pastries, salad, I looked forward to it every morning. If you are sightseeing this is perfect.

We liked it all, there was nothing that we did not like.

Staff was very hospitable, especially Palmira that went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make us feel welcome and comfortable. On our last day she allowed us to use the showers and feel better for our late flight back home.

Sound proofing could be better , I could hear everything that went outside in the breakfast lounge, that was very close to our room. Assume that the same.could be said for people walking outside our room could hear everything that went inside our room. Breakfast is given outside in the terrace and might be uncomfortable in summer and winter weather.

This hotel is like a little hidden gem. We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. Everyone is SO NICE, especially the ladies from the breakfast (sorry, I forgot their names). These ladies made our stay here even more special. It felt like we were going to their home for breakfast every morning. They went above and beyond. They treated us like family, especially my daughter. We loved it. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect. We walked everywhere.

It is with out a doubt a hotel I would choose with out hesitating every time I go to Rome and recommend to anyone who want to go ! Is near to the metro station walking distance, very near to a hop on hop off bus station which will help u go to most of not all of the important places of Rome (so you pay the day fare and can go through out all Rome from 8 am to 19 pm approx it changes according to the company, if you want a private taxi the hotel manager will call u one with out a problem ! In metro tickets cost start from 1,5 euros per person and many options! The hotel is clean, neat and beautiful. Spaces are enough ! It’s comfortable even if ur traveling with babies ! Beds are amazing, services also , bathrooms are amazing big and hot water (for me a must!), breakfast is delicious, you have several options at good price !! But what I loved the most is the hospitality of the hotel staff 5/5, and there is a world of restaurants and coffee shops near by !! And also Fontana do Trevi at a walking distance of 20 at most !
