The room was spacious and the bed really comfy! The staff were very helpful- our room had no soap in it when we arrived, but the front desk brought one right up for us. The hotel is located literally right at the metro stop "Tibertina", so there are multiple ways to reach the heart of the city. The Colosseum is 5 stops on the metro. We enjoyed taking the bus, since there's so much to see! That ride takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is brand new and everything was super clean.

Rome itself isn't a very clean city, and the hotel is located in (what seems to be) a bit of a rough, dirty part of town. Even though you're not far away from the main center parts of Rome, you get the feeling you're quite far away. This isn't the hotel's fault, of course! Just something to be aware of. Once you're inside the hotel though you feel safe and comfortable!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, first of all loaction is perfect near metro and train staion 15 -20 mins from top attractions. The hotel is new, modern and clean, minimalist style, the reception staff were really helpful, friendly and helped us alot. The room was not too small not too big just perfect with a balcony. It had complimentary coffee capsules nespresso machine, kettle, tea & water. Housekeeping was done daily , highly recomnded hotel Would like to thank raphael very much he made our stay the best .

I had a wonderful stay at Adesso Hotel in Rome! The hotel is located in a strategic location (Tiburtina) just 50 meters from the metro. The environment is extremely clean and modern, with comfortable and quiet rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel offers a great variety of food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

It’s a new facility (I was there April 2023), everything was clean, efficient , immaculately maintained. Staff was nice. Restaurant downstairs was good. It’s literally across the street from the bus station and train station. NOTE- this is the Roma Tiburtina train station in Rome and it is very nice, but it’s not the main one (Termini).

Everything was great! The room was really beautiful and quiet, the staff was kind, the breakfast was delicious especially the croissant and the bread that they make fresh in the hotel! The train and metro station is near to the hotel, so you can be in the city center really fast. We used public transport to see the city. The metro a little bit crowded, but you can take the bus too from there. There is a little italian pizza place and because you aren't in the city center, you can taste the original roman pizza if you wish. The district seems a very new and improving place, so I think we did great when booked Adesso instead of an other place in the city center.

During our second night the fuse started to make some slightly loud noise, BUT I told it on the reception and they immediately take an action to solve the problem when we were sightseeing at the city. So overall this was a good experience too. :)

The hotel itself feels modern, the room was exactly as advertised and the cleanliness was excellent. I had little interaction with the staff but they were generally friendly and helpful. The best part of the hotel is the actual location. It is directly next to the Tiburtina train/metro station. If you are in Rome sightseeing, it will take you about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the colosseum by metro, which is also a very good starting point for other exploring the old city centre. There is also a private parking garage directly next to the hotel with reasonable pricing. In terms of value for money I would say this is a 10/10 spot.

Absolutely loved the Adesso. I stayed for 6 nights. Hotel - Love it’s fresh design. The lounge bar is cute, cozy and perfect for cocktails in the evenings. Staff - friendly and very helpful. Room - Clean and comfortable. Facilities and furnishings are practical. Food- Breakfast is good. The chef makes perfect scrambled eggs! Dinner was fine too. Location - so convenient as right next to Tiburtina bus and train stations. We had the pick of so many buses to get around Rome!

Could do with a Washing machine on site and a box of tissues in the room. Nothing interesting in the area around the hotel.

The staff is extremely helpful in providing directions, recommendations and support in any matter. We felt very welcomed and at home in this hotel. They booked our tours, train tickets for us and give us tips for the best in town pizza locations. The breakfast is wonderful and they had live music on Mondays in the dining area. The room was great. We loved absolutely everything. Location is convenient too, it’s not right in the centre of Rome but a short 20 min taxi ride and is right next to a metro station. Also, we took a train to FCO airport from the train station right across the street, which saved us lots of time.

Nothing..

Would recommend this hotel for the value. The beds were comfy & rooms were clean. 1 minute walk from the train station and a short Uber/taxi ride away from all of the main attractions in Rome. Grocery store next door. If you want to be away from the craziness of the city & close to public transportation - this is your place!

The hotel was not walkable to the main attractions in Rome - need to get an Uber or taxi. The surrounding areas around the hotel seemed a little unsafe to be walking alone. The rooms were very small - could barely open 2 large suitcases without blocking the door of our room.
