Staff was very nice. It was very clean, and the bathrooms and rooms were cleaned daily. The food was alright. A bit far from the city center of Rome, but it wasn't too bad with the metro. Very spacious rooms and big lockers. You could store your bags for free in a locked room after check out.

Very expensive compared to all other hostels I've stayed at with the same facilities. Probably not too expensive considering its Rome though. Only every other bed has a plug for charging, no shelf for your phone, nothing to sit up against in the bed. My pillow almost fell out of the bed during the night, because there is nothing at the end of the bed. The showers dont offer a lot of privacy.. there is just a small American western style door of about a meter in height, which just swings open, and everyone can see your head and legs while showering. There is even a gab of about 1 cm between the doors, so that someone could probably see your very private parts. But if you are going to Rome, and cant find anything cheaper with good ratings, this is a fine place to stay

The location is super easy to get to. Metro station is only a few minutes walk and It's a direct line from Roma Termini. You need to ride only 3 stops. The building is nice. The rooms are a bit worn but super clean and the bed shits are fresh. The mattress is so comfy! The staff was helpful and kind. I've forgotten my face wash in the common bathroom and they managed to find it after cleaning and return it to me.

The cafe in the hostel is weird. I was hoping to have a proper dinner as advertised on the menu. But I ended up paying 4,5 euros for a hand size pizza, which taste reminded me of student times :D Maybe breakfast and lunch have better options. I don't know.

The lady at the front desk when I arrived was so heartwarming! She explained me everything and was transparent about the situation with the contruction in the house and gave me another room (shared 2bed room instead of 4bed). Also there was a welcome drink which was a nice gesture but the choice of the drinks was very limited. Room was nice, Bed was comfy, shower was good! There was also a small kitchen to make some tea :)

There was no chance to leave my luggage for a few hours after the check out. So I found a place to hide it and left it there hidden and picked it up a few hours later :)

The staff was really nice and welcoming. I slept in a 4-bed room with a private bathroom for us, and it was wonderful as everyone was respectful and quiet. The bathroom was nice and clean, everything worked perfectly. Lockers are free and big. There also was an AC in the room. The hostel is not in the centre but it is close to the bus station and metro, so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, I slept in a room where all the beds are on the floor, so it added even more to the whole stay!

The locker I was given wasn’t closing with a key. Thankfully, the staff gave me another locker and it worked well.

The toilets and showers were very clean. I loved the automatic taps and availability of soap in the showers. The bed was quite comfortable.

The aircon in the room was kind of faulty. The air coming out of it was warm despite tuning the temperature, so the room was pretty hot sometimes. The shower doors are also very small, meaning other people in the showers can see some parts of you naked. However, during my stay, I rarely bumped into anyone in the toilet so this wasn't a concern of mine. Location wise, this hostel is near Bologna station but pretty far from any Line A metro stations.

for me, it was really nice to be "away" from the heavy tourist areas. there were enough connections with bus or metro to get to the tourist areas. Rome attractions anyway are all over the city. I also didn't want to be near Termini Station -- so I chose instead to come in from Milan to Rome Tiburtina. Lockers in the room. The room was clean & there was a sink to wash your face & brush teeth -- bathroom down the hallway. Breakfast was offered for a cheap price -- very very basic, but enough to start your day & the staff were oh so lovely! What I liked the most was the neighbourhood was very "Italian" -- cafes, takeaway places etc -- that were not over-run by tourists! The girls working at the reception were quite lovely. There's an elevator, as well -- and cheap coffee from the machine there! The area of the city was very very safe, for sure -- I would not feel nervous walking around alone as a woman.

There's a kitchen, in case you want to heat something up or have a tea at night -- but the kitchen & fridge are both soooooooooooo basic, that you really wouldn't be counting on it, for anything except a fork. There's also a small restaurant there, but it was never open when the sign indicated that it 'would' be open (unless it was early morning for breakfast) -- anyway, Rome has got so many restaurants -- but, either you're open or you're not...

Overall, it is quite a good hostel, surrounded by a university town, very dynamic. The room was clean and quiet. Fully equipped. Met great roommates, we chatted a lot. The next day I even had dinner with one of my roommates and spent the night wandering around the Colosseum. I had to catch a bus to Naples the next day at a nearby bus stop (which was quite close to the hotel). The staff recommended a very nice park that I could visit in the morning to relax, and I had good panini and gelato nearby.

There is a distance from the city center, and if the Rome metro happens to stop running, then it will be a little inconvenient. The room I was assigned was at the end of the hallway, and the bathroom was quite far away from the room, It would take me some time to walk there.

Everything. The staff was very very kind and helpful, I felt like I was home :) Bedrooms were very clean, with plenty of space and access to the balcony. Beds very comfortable too and with some privacy (which is very rare in hostels). Bathrooms were also nice. The hostel is located in a very nice neighbourhood, very quiet and with restaurants, markets, supermarkets, churchs and subway. The breakfast is 3,5eur and is worth it: always 2 cakes (apple cake and lemon cake), croissaints and other pastries, toasts, butter and jam, cereals (chocolate granola and corn flakes), milk, very nice yogurt, juice, coffee (machiatto, expresso, barley coffee, etc).

Nothing

Location was quite easy to find. Not too far from any of the major sights and landmarks, only a few stops away by metro. Facilities were clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was provided every morning and was great.

The bed I had was a little bit uncomfortable. They mentioned that they provide lunch and dinner as well, but whenever I went at the mentioned times, I did not see anything. I would either have to but food at an additional cost or go to a nearby restaurant.

The room is big, wide and clean, with separate lockers for each person. They will give you the keys to the locker, which is not the case in other hotels. The station Tiburtina, LiDL market, restaurant are all within walking distance.

The room has a table, but the socket is on the other side of the wall, so every time I near to use my laptop, I need to move it. I cannot find any power outlets on the wall next to my bed (210A). Perhaps they are hidden too well? There can be some issues with the standing air conditioner in the room, so we had to open the window to cool down. But it's good that there were storms these days, so it's cool outside, but, flies are welcome and they rampage.
