Location is perfect, you can get to the city center in 15-20 minutes walking. 2 metro stations are in 5 minutes of the house. Susanna is very hospitable and responsible house owner. Her brother gave us a lot of advice according the place we lived in (nearby shops, cafes, a printed list of useful tips with explanations). The room was clean, air conditioner worked good, bathroom in the room was also very clean and fully prepared for newcomers. Also there is a small kitchen in the living room where you can cook meal, all needed staff is there. We enjoyed time in Rome and this accommodations.

everything was pretty good

Our stay in Ai 7 Scallini was perfect! The room was very comfortable and clean. It had heating too. It also had a private bathroom, equiped with hair dryer. On the side of the room, there is a shared kitchen, which was well equiped, so it's possible to prepare meals and a nice coffee. The owner was really really nice, the communication with her was easy and she gave us a lot of tips about the neghbourhood and the city. I highly recommend this room, specially for couples.

Our check in was very late, almost midnight time, however the owner Susanna, was waiting for us to accommodate. She was very friendly and supportive, despite the circumstances, 10/10. The room was clean, and overall met our expectations. 3 minutes walk to the metro station, walking distance to Termini or Tuscolana train stations if you need to get to FCA.

The place was spotless and being just of the main street it was extremely quiet, The host was really helpful with great advice on best restaurants nearby and in the historical centre and places to see that were not on the normal tourist map but worth seeing. Easy access to centre of Rome and 20 minute walk to Colosseum.

We really enjoyed our staying in Ai7 Scalini. The place is very clean and confortable. Susanna was proactive and very kind with us. She also gave us many recommendation of places and supported on everything we have asked.

The location was superb! Very close to local amenities and a little bit away from the main tourist area (10-15 by bus) which was perfect as the cafes and restaurants were reasonably priced and very good.

Honestly can't think of anything we didn't like. The place was amazing. Nothing to fault.

it was a room that doesn’t have much light cause it is situated in the basement but it was not a deal breaker for us since we spent all of our stay outside exploring the city.

Quiet area,10-15min to the Coliseum,near metro "San Giorgio" .Delicious coffee,croissants in the cafeteria near.Sussana is a nice ,good person ,who helped us with all our question,called us a taxi,we are satified with everything ,the room is very clean, internet is good .We recommend it .

Very good everything!

Everything was very good, location is perfect near metro and busses. Very clean and Everything was provided towels, shower gel shampoo. Ottavio was communicating with us before the arrival and we gave us tips. We have not read anywhere that this is room under street level. The room was very quiet during the night but you can hear the guess In the next room, but this do not make any change to our impression for the room!

Rome in October is still pretty warm, so sleeping with windows closed wasn't an option, but the street was noisy even at night, so sleeping was a bit difficult. there was AC in the room but sleeping with AC on is unhealthy, so it was a bit neither here nor there.
