The room has a great location , its very close to the Re di roma Metro station which makes it easy to explore the city.The room eachself was great. It was very light and very importantly clean. Amadeo was a great host and very helpful making our stay most comfortable

There was some traffic noise despite the room being on the seventh floor but nothing too bad and the wifi connection wasn't very fast ,at least in the room we were staying but the great time we spent there sure made up for both!

It was a really great, quiet place. The room was always clean, and you had your own appliances for a comfortable stay. The metro and bus stations were easily accessible from there, making it a perfect location. The breakfast was exactly what you needed to start your morning. And don't get me started on the view! It was on the 7th floor, and the view exceeded my expectations. I spent my mornings on the little terrace while drinking my coffee. 10 out of 10. It is a perfect place if you visit Rome. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay, the host was incredibly nice and accommodating. We arrived around 3.30 in the morning and the host made sure we could check in without any extra costs. The room was big and had a fridge, coffee, tea and some cookies. There was a very beautiful view of the church right outside the window. The room was cleaned and the breakfast was refilled daily. The place is very close to the metro which takes you everywhere. We definitely recommend this place.

The negative thing was that the room and the bathroom were dusty. There was a lot of dust under the bed and even on top of the shower doors. Otherwise we really liked the place and would stay here again.

A very convenient apartment hotel located near the metro station of the red line, which provides direct access to the Vatican. For those who like to walk - a 20-minute walk and you are at the Colosseum. The apartment is clean, comfortable. A very hospitable host who came to us early in the morning so that we could leave our things before check-in. There are a lot of trattorias around the apartments where you can taste traditional Roman cuisine. We liked everything very much, we recommend the apartments to lovers of independent tourism.

Very friendly staff. I was contacted beforehand to get instructions to enter the building. It seems to be an old building with revamped apartment and rooms. The rooms were simple but clean and spacious. There was air conditioning, a kettle, mini fridge, coffee machine for coffee pods (a few provided everyday). Breakfast is included with packaged fruit croissants, toasts and jam, milk, fruit juice, corn flakes, biscuits, spelt coffee, yogurts. All of which are replaced every morning. We were in the alba room which has a small but lovely balcony where you can have your breakfast and enjoy fresh air in the morning. Overall we thought that is great quality for the price, they're not trying to be more than they are and then charging extortionate prices. Away enough from the touristic part so that you can enjoy reasonable prices in shops and restaurants (and better food) but close enough that it takes 15m on the metro/subway/tube to get to the centre and the attractions (tube station is less than 5m away and a train station 10m walk in the opposite direction). Plenty of restaurants and shops around, ice cream and cannoleria shops. Would definitely recommend.

Location - although not in the center of Rome, bus stop in front and metro station Re di Roma 100 m away (connections to every tourist attraction of the city, including connection to Cinecitta - and from there to Ciampino airport with the bus). Daily clean up of the room. Coffe machine in the room, small terrace, sweets breakfast. Market store just few meters away. Host very friendly and helpfull. Good B&B for Italy.

Very well located, the colosseum is reachable on foot and metro line A is right around the corner. The staff was very nice and accommodating, communication was excellent. The room is exactly as described. Definitely recommended!

TOP, everything was perfect, no- more than perfect. Owner- perfetto, room ad bathroom and..- perfectto , place is TOP just in the one of the very nice places in Roma with many communications; breakfast- perfetto We spent 5 days, perfect for one or more days.Next time for sure again here.

the soundproofing and the bed could have been better.

The room is super comfortable and the breakfast is really good and well serviced. We had everyday new coffee capsules and milk. The room was clean and the location is also super! Thanks alot for everything!

The towels in the room were not cleaned or changed during our stay.
