Room was comfortably large, had a balcony and overlooked a forested area. Was quite quiet and relaxing. We did not use the TV or Wifi, so cannot comment on those amenities. We only stayed one day to attend a wedding close by, but we slept well, enjoyed a late-night prosecco at the downstairs bar, and had underground parking included in the room. The property abuts a quite busy road, but is set back enough that noise was not an issue. Quite a nice haven. Breakfast was served in the on-site restaurant and offered a decent selection of pastries, cereals, and other continental-style offerings. The restaurant is nicely appointed and overlooked the forested back side of the property.

Considering the "elegance" of the restaurant, I was a little surprised there weren't more hot offerings or a menu to choose a la carte items from. The single coffee machine was slow and there was a queue for all coffees. The tables were a bit close together, so leave your luggage in your room or at the restaurant entrance if you can or you'll have to run the gauntlet of chairs to get in and out.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Our room was incredibly tidy with a lovely view out from the balcony. Breakfast every morning was also lovely.

Building works across right next to the hotel was a bit of a detractor as it was noisy during the day. Also the air conditioning in the rooms was older and set to a timer that we couldn't seem to change so room was a little too warm at night.

Staff is very, very good. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was good. If I have to visit Rome again I'll stay there again :)

The air conditioner spontaneously stop working. We haven't been told about the water in the fridge, it costs 1 euro per bottle. Nothing serious.

Location was really good, clean the staff spoke many languages very helpful on your travels

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Reception works non-stop. Excellent underground garage. We got into the room earlier, we didn't have to wait for 14:00. Thank you very much, we will come again :)

I liked the breakfast, and although i don't like sweets i loved the ones to the breakfast! The room was spacious! As i went for business purposes i loved that it had parking, also i was able to eat in less than 5 minutes walk.

I would like the shower unit to have shower kit, not only shower head.

Staff was lovely, allowed us to have drinks on the terrace at night, arranged taxis to the airport for us and had a great level of English!

No tea or coffee available in the rooms, was the only fault I could think of

property was walking distance to ippodromo campanelle so great spot to stay for events there . bed was big and comfy - air con worked well - breakfast and coffee also good

The personnel was very friendly and in the hotel was quiet. Cleaned rooms and good price. Close to Ciampino airport and very close to bus station which takes you to Colosseum.
