Wow! I was so impressed by the Best Vatican. Way beyond what I was expecting. From the free mini bar to the sumptuous breakfast with hot options delivered on a trolley to your room each morning (I see what other guests mean when they say you get enough food from breakfast and lunch you really get such a great choice) it was truly a perfect stay! The electronic check in worked very well and the location is ideal as the Vatican is only a few minutes away and the rest of the city is easily accessible from the nearby Ottaviano metro station.

A great location, 2 roads away from the main street in Rome where we had access to the metro and bus stops. Excellent breakfast in the room, a large variety of food that meant we didn't need to have lunch as it kept us going till our evening meal. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, all towels refreshed everyday and the ladies who delivered the breakfast and cleaned the rooms were so lovely and helpful.

The location is very good, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Communication with the staff was excellent; they were responsive and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to start the day off right.

The shower had a leak, which likely contributed to a musty smell in the bathroom. While it wasn't a major issue, the night tables next to the bed were a bit dusty. In addition, very personal thing - if you have back problems, you might find the bed too soft for your liking.

Mrs. Nicoleta was really wonderful. She made us welcome while she completed making our room ready as we had arrived early. The included breakfast was also wonderful. Hot bacon and scrambled eggs with an incredible assortment of breads, fruits, cereals, yogurts, and a nice cappuccino. The room was large and the included beverages in the mini bar were a nice touch. The walk in shower was great. And the full access to American NetFlix was greatly appreciated. We would certainly stay here again and encourage others to give it a try.

The style and location plus the marvellous warm well from Nicoleta

First of all, the entrance and exit to the hotel is very comfortable. It is also very good in terms of location. It is in a very decent neighborhood on the Vatican side. There are many nice restaurants and markets next to it. The lady working was always friendly to us. Their breakfast is very successful. In terms of the facilities in the room, it was our best experience in Italy. There were waters, fruit juices. We were very satisfied.

Everything is done here to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. You feel care from the staff in every matter. We were in Rome for one night. I had requested early breakfast because our flight was at night. Elena, with whom we communicated, had left us so much food as an early breakfast that it was enough for us for both dinner and breakfast. It was an impression that we had arrived at our friend's house in Rome. You can also order a taxi if your flight is at night, as it was in our case, and the staff will be happy to help you with that. In terms of location, the hotel is very close to the Ottaviano metro station, you walk a little and get there. The room is very clean and it has a/c, which is a lifesaver in summer. Next time I visit Rome, I will definitely stay here again. Elena, our special thanks to you.

We loved our stay here. It is a little bit away from the main sites, but we knew this when booking. We actually loved that we could walk around and not feel too in the chaos that is Rome. There were many bus stops within a short walking distance and lots of restaurants as well. It was also a short walk to the Vatican. The breakfast, served in the room, was also amazing and very large!

Everything was great! The entrance was a bit awkward but after we settle the room, we enjoyed a lot with my wife and my 2 years old baby. They delivered a cot for the baby by my request and the breakfast was also almost perfect. Thank you!

The lift and the indoor entrance of the B&B were too small and it was hard to fit the stroller into them.

Very nice mini-hotel close to the Vatican. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby - the area is very "touristy" but very interesting. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary supplies: hair dryer and iron. The staff was very friendly, smiling and pleasant, and made me feel like I was visiting friends rather than I stay at a hotel. Special thanks for the nice little things - candy, which my child really liked.
