The host was really kind. We stayed with our 4 month old baby, they put a crib in to our room for free. Our flight left early in the morning - before the breakfast time - they left croissants and orange juice in the room the night before. :) I can only recomend this place.

Location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the metro so attractions were super accessible. Plus, being near the Vatican made it easy to access as well. The room was spacious and spotless upon arrival and cleaned everyday. Shower was good temperature and good water pressure. Staff was friendly, super helpful and let us keep our luggage there and gave us travel cot upon request.

Getting into the B&B was a bit of a bind as had to use 3 keys and a code to access the room, which was harder to do as we had a pushchair with us. Breakfast was just average which is ok but bigger portions and toast options were limited (could only choose toast + what you wanted with it instead of it counting as one thing).

Andrea, the host, was a huge help right from the start. The checking in was the easiest that we have ever had. The room was comfortable, with all the necessities provided. The room was spotlessly clean. For breakfast there was a nice choice, and very delicious too. The B&B is literally around the station Ottaviano, with a lot of very good restauranta in the area. Thank you so much Andrea......we will be back !

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very good people! Sandro gave us a map and some tips for visiting the city. Luca was impeccable with the reception. Great location, close to the metro and the Vatican and Sant Angelo castle. Very beautiful area! Take the opportunity to walk!

lack of access for people with reduced mobility. From what I understood, the elevator didn't work. Confirm with the hosts.

The service was excellent, we received good instructions and permission to post a message if we got lost or had any problems. The owner was very friendly. The breakfast was not very special, but there were enough options and breakfast was brought to the room at a time of your choice. The room had all the basic amenities.

The room was clean on the whole, but all the high floors were dusty. Otherwise a very nice orange room.

Accommodation close to the metro and the Vatican. Room was nice, clean. They cleaned every day. Good communication with the owner. Breakfast smaller, but good and you could choose from several dishes.

Insufficient soundproofing of the windows. The room was on the road side and above the bar. You could hear talking from the bar until maybe 5 a.m. and it disturbed me while I was sleeping.

Perfect location, very close to metro station Ottaviana which obviously links to other attractions around Rome. Five minutes walk (even less) to Vatican Museums & Piazza San Pietro. Very clean and spacious room for a family of 3. Served with lift. Smooth check-in. Hosts were very nice and helpful from booking till the end of our stay. Our flight was very late in the evening and they kept our luggages safe too until we left for the airport and recommended a very efficient bus shuttle service close by. Very good choice of breakfast items and everything was served warm & fresh. Good value for money, top service. Thank you Home 103. We will definitely be back!

The host (Francesca) was very helpful and nice. She gave us a detailed instruction on how to do the digital check in. We also commend the location - 4minutes walk to Metro, 10minutes walk to Vatican and very close to Jollibee ;) The free breakfast were remarkable as well. Can't wait to go back in this place again!

The place is a self check out. Hence, there's no room to leave the luggage after check out. However, there are lots of storage rooms around Rome/Vatican so it is still okay :)

So well maintained.Loved the room, great hospitality, felt like home. Andrea is very sweet and good hearted person. Had a lovely stay. Will come back here the next time we visit Rome. Good security system, light, and clean rooms plus breakfast. . Highly recommended.
