I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn in Rome, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality by the host, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The location of the Inn is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Rome, it offers easy access to the city’s most iconic landmarks and hidden gems alike.

We loved our stay, mostly because Franca is an amazing host. We arrived directly after my friend had her bag (passport, money, cards) stolen. Franca was supportive through this situation. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed our conversations with Franca in the mornings. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you, Franca!.

A great hostess who really cares about her guests and will make exactly the kind of coffee the guest wants. :) Quiet and pleasant small, private hotel. Very good location.

Everything! Franca was the most amazing host we’ve come to meet. She was welcoming, she gave advice and she made us amazing breakfast. Room and the private toilet were very clean. Location was safe and next to the Vatican.

Everything. The location was superb within walking distance to many attractions, shops, restaurants and the Airport shuttle bus. Our host Franca was delightful - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I only had time to stay for one night - next time it will be for longer!

The hostess was really helpful. It was like having our own apartment in Rome. 5 minute walk from the Vatican and 5 minutes from the metro. 15 euros by taxi to the Panthenon or 30

The bed was very big and confortable, the neighborhood was silent so we slept great. The location was a big plus, a few minutes away from the Ottaviano metro station which linked us to every other place we wanted to visit in town and also 5 minutes walking distance from Vatican. The breakfast was very nice everyday, Franca used high quality ingredients for us and I appreciated that she was very careful about not wasting any food. We appreciated Franca's advice for places to visit which was very helpful. She is a very kind and warm person, which helps make the stay a very pleasant experience.

Location. Nice, large room, very clean.. Nice breakfast. Very friendly, hospitable owner, she gives you enthousistically all the information you ask for.

Franca is a great host, friendly and helpful. She arranged to meet us at the airport and bring us back next morning. The driver, Antonella was very punctual and helpful! Location is just 10 min walking from Vatican.
