Excellent location, very clean rooms. Everything as. Promised.

Our booking was breakfast inclusive but the facility had no breakfast option, but instead they gave us cards so we could make breakfast in a cafe nearby. The breakfast had only 1 cup of coffee and 1 piece of croissant etc.

Great location. Extremely kind and friendly host. Traditional old roman apartment building with high ceilings, windows etc. Clean, even though the furniture and fixtures somewhat dated. All in all a great place to be in Rome , especially due to the proximity to the Vatican Museum and subway. The only minus was the price (@200 EUR / night), even though in comparison with the other rooms / apartments for rent this was was on the less pricey end of the spectrum. All in all, given the market and the offers at the time, it was a good deal. And did I mention the friendly host? :) Thank you :)

A lower price would be nice.

Everything was great. Rooms were nice and clean, getting cleaned for you every morning. We were staying there with our two year old baby girl for four nights. It is very close to Vatican and Ottivano metro station. But from this part we could walk to see the other parts of Rome also. Staff is very very kind. We enjoyed our stay in Rome very very much. We felt very safe in this part of Rome. We parked our car in the Prati garage near by, and left it there for four nights. Everything was great.

The only thing which could maybe be better is the breakfast, which is just coffee, juice and one croasan per person served in coffee place near by.

The hotel is perfectly located, not even ten minutes walking distance to the Vatican. The metro is around five minutes away. The hosts welcomed us very friendly and helpful and offered their support several times. The hotel room is equipped very well, nothing was missing, very clean and we had an absolutely quiet room to the backyard. You would not even think that you are in a capital! 😊 Breakfast is offered outside in a small coffee bar around the corner and we got vouchers for every day. The breakfast includes a hot drink, croissant and fresh orange juice. We can highly recommend this place for a sightseeing vacation!

The room was nice and clean, at great location, just 10 minutes walk from St Peter’s Cathedral. Fridge and kettle in the room was very useful. The host is the nicest, very welcoming.

The walls are pretty thin, we could hear the conversations and the tv from the neighboring room.

This b&b is just perfect choice if you want to be near the center. There's everything you need in a neigbourhood, bars, restaurants, shops.. We never used a public transport as the historical center is on 20min from it by foot and gives you the opportunity to explore the city. The owners are so nice and put all the efforts for their guests to have perfect vacanze romane. Also the breakfast is really great addition and was real italian one, with coffe, spremuto and pastry. Owners also let us leave our luggage as we had late flight which was so convinient for us. All in one word, just perfect accomodation and experience, i will definitely come back again!

No such thing

Great place to stay. I stayed there for 6 nights. It is very close to the metro station Ottaviano (about 3 minutes walking) and its also very close to the Piazza San Pietro (10-15 minutes walking). The Vatican museum is just five minutes walking. Very close to this you can find anything you will need during your vacations. Very clean and quite place. Wi-Fi and hot water were always available. Finally the landlord was very polite and helpful!

The hotel is in a really convenient location. The room is big enough for two persons, and the amenities are as expected of Rome standards. Definitely enjoyed staying here.

Nothing really, but if I have to mention something it will be that the inclusive breakfast is on a separate cafe about a hundred meters away. The coffee and pastry are nice though, so it's not really something to complain about.

Great location with the Vatican and SantAngelo Castel on the doorstep. A short walk from Taxi ranks and bus stops for the 'Hop-on-Hop-off' tour bus. A variety of local shops, restaurants, cafes around a every corner. The hosts and housekeeper were very welcoming and accommodating.

The location was perfect just a short walk away from the Vatican. And plenty of restaurants very close by. A safe area to stay for a solo traveller.

Only downfall is if you wanted fresh towels you had to pay €5 which I think should be included in the price you pay for the room.
