Fantastic location for our first trip to Rome together. So easy to walk to the Colosseum and beautiful parks. A nice Cafe right across the street in the mornings. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Walking around the Colosseum at night is magical. Taxi from the airport to here was painless and they were kind to hold our luggage while we explored until checkin time. A taxi stand a few blocks away makes it easy to head to the next destination.

Good spacious room. Convenient to all the major tourist sites. Lovely neighborhood.

The hot water didn't work at all for the first two nights of our stay. Even after it was finally repaired, it was either hot or cold, no in between, never warm. Just hot or cold. That made it hard to shower. Enrique was very nice and attentive, but a cold shower is still a cold shower. If the management can fix the water problem, that would make this place perfect.

The property was in an ideal location. Although a single bed was placed in the same room as the master bed there was plenty for space for our family and we still felt like we had our own space. The authenticity of the courtyard going into the apartment was a beautiful touch. Aswell as the kitchen facilities, I wish I knew about this prior but there is everything you need, provided to be able to make breakfast/lunch if needed.

The location shown on booking.com shows one of the properties however they have multiple. They are all still around the colosseum however we didn’t have an accessible view of this. But it was only a 30 second walk until your in view of it so do not let this put you off!

The location was excellent. The room was a very good standard and the dining room was somethingI never expected to have, so could eat my breakfast there. The balcony is communal, but only ever saw two other people on it, but had a great view of the Colleaseum. In the room, it had a mini fridge, an expresso machine and free WiFi and TV.

This is definitely not a critism, but some cleaning facilities for the dishes I used would have been a bonus. Maybe a toaster in the dining area to make toast to go with my serial.

First time in Rome and took a gamble booking a B&B rather than a hotel, but oh how exceptional it was! Not only was the location unfathomably good with the view of Colosseum just down the road and with a metro station just a few minutes away if you need transport to/from Roma Termini, but the host was so welcoming and helping with tips/tricks and the room itself was beautiful. Light, fresh and perfect for a few nights stay. Would say you get ridiculously much more than what you pay for.

One of our rooms was in the Annexe which was several buildings down the road. Very inconvenient & had no refrigerator

Location location. Right next to the hotel was a market that was open 24/7 which made things very convenient if you were coming home late and needed something but long lineups during the day. Taxi stand was right around the corner. Restaurants were plentiful but we didnt use them as we travelled to local areas further from our hotel. I liked the water fountain on the main street and filled my bottles there. The water in Rome is fantastic if water can be fantastic. The person in charge gave us some restaurant advice and we took it and and were not disappointed. Had an electric elevator.

When we checked in they put us in a room we were happy with and started to unpack and then told we were in the wrong room and could stay but would have to relocate for our last day. We relocated that day. Then we were told that we had two reservations and if we didnt call booking.com to cancel we would have to pay double. When calling booking.com to do this they told us that we did not have a double reservation so we got this straightened out. There are garbage bins outside the front door which can get messy with garbage and bottles and such on the street.

Loved absolutely everything. The location, the room, the cleanliness, the customer service. Enrique the host was absolutely amazing and so responsive and accommodated all our requests. We were able to check in early and on our last day we were able to store our bags till our flight time. He also helped us with suggestions on restaurants and how to get around the city. The location is so ideal. Literally a few min walk to the colosseum. So central to everything. And there's a 24 hour grocery store 2 mins away. So convenient. The best part was the room and how charming and clean it was. It was so spacious and the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. One of the best places we stayed at EVER!

The location is perfect! Nearby the Metro station and bus stops. The fact that it’s next to the colosseum allowed us to enjoy the view of the colosseum every single day. Enrique our host was so wonderful with us, very patient and helpful in getting us to our room, at our time of convenience, and very generous to offer us recommendations. The place was perfect, hot shower good wifi all clean and had our needs met. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in rome! Thank you enrique!!

There was no Iron for cloths but it’s not a necessity

B&B Santi Quattro Al Coloseo located just steps away from Colosseum. There're a lot of restaurants around and 24/7 Carrefour Express just a minute walk away. Enrique is a super helpful host! The room was large and the bathroom was even bigger! Very clean apartment/room. We had our breakfast and late dinner on the balcony from where you would be able to see Colosseum. No issues with check in as Enrique was texting us (on WhatsApp) making sure that everything goes smoothly.

Everything was good.
