Superb location and view of the Colosseum. We stayed in Master Double Room with a Colosseum view from our window. The views alone are enough. However, the service from the staff also blew us away! Staff were always present for your every need: Held the door every time we came in and out, greeted us, helped with luggage, provided free coffee and water throughout the stay, assisted with reservations to the Colosseum and Vatican, called taxis, etc. The one time I had to ask for an extra towel, I'm pretty sure I saw them running to assist. Housekeeping came multiple times a day. I have no complaints. It felt cozy, relaxing, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast each morning was included at the top of the hotel with outside views of the Colosseum. Excellent food and drinks. There were no hidden fees at the end of the trip. Overall, lovely stay.

Sometimes, can hear the ambulances outside, but it didn't disrupt our sleep too much.

The staff and service at Palazzo Manfredi was incredible! We enjoyed the views of the colosseum each day from breakfast and from the bar. Location was perfect!

service was quite patchy. staff are not 5-star. front desk staff keep talking to each other while checking us in. waiter at the roof bar was super rude. when we showed up for dinner (we had a booking) he was playing on his phone. when we spoke to him he waved us away! we had to wait for the maitre’d to show up.

The hotel staff absolutely fantastic. Great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Location is amazing We love small hotels this hotel is perfect.

We had a couple of issues. Noise from traffic at night and early morning. Breakfast, even though it was great they finish at 10:30am, we showed up every morning at 10:15 and flet rushed by staff to get out. Our main grievance with the hotel is that even though its their bar (well I assume it is), they have alot of visitors due to the amazing view. You even as a guest have to book amd they have specific times. I asked for a wine list one night and was rudely told we are a cocktail bar. Drinks list is limited and honestly not that good. Yes they have wine but only by the glass. Their staff is ok. Not really felt that welcomed there. This would be the only reason we would not return.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views of the Colosseum! We were there for our wedding anniversary and the team went beyond to make our stay super special! Our bed was decorated with rose petals and we got a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruit - how very kind and thoughtful! When we went to the absolutely AMAZING restaurant on the roof top for dinner, the staff went on spoiling us with extras plus the menu was just divine. What a wonderful experience!!

Super friendly and cooperative staff, Also the hotel style is really suited with the city and the overall vibe.

One small issue was that it gets a bit noisy at night, also sun light quickly fills the room which for me was not comfortable when sleeping

The location IS EXCELLENT, the view of the suite is UNBEATABLE! and the staff is FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!! The breakfast is totally worth including it since you get to have it at their terrace of AROMA RESTAURANT. I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING HOTEL! Special thanks to Veronica at the front desk for solving every question we had and helping us book transportation. I will stay here again for sure.

Silvia from the staff at reception was the only unfriendly person, being rude, she stopped us from entering even passing the reception,until confirming we were staying as guests. unfortunate because Other than that, the rest of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. and the rest of the stay was absolutely flawless!!

from the moment we arrived at the welcome greeting, the room and view was amazing, and when we had a slight problem with the bed the management team responded perfectly and swiftly to our issue. from the management team to the porters they were all so helpful and professional. Lorenzo the manager had great English and made us feel so welcome, so thoughtful giving us umbrellas and catering to our every need.

the lift wasn’t working but it wasn’t a problem.

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a completely different building about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel. The decor is slightly dated compared to other places we stayed in Italy but the location made up for that. Literally 5 minutes walk from the Colloseum. This was perfect for us as we only had 1 night in Rome and were easily able to see the main sights on foot. It was very hot whilst we were in Rome but we got up early to walk around the city. Breakfast really was special, the best we had whilst in Italy. Not just because we were overlooking the Colloseum, the food was superb. Eggs Benedict, cooked breakfast, fruit, fresh pastries, cheeses, hams…..everything you could want, cooked to perfection. In the evening, we had fantastic cocktails on the bar / terrace (must be pre booked). Whilst it had amazing views, It was very hot. I would recommend getting a shaded table at the back (even though the view of the Colloseum aren’t as good as the front tables). Parasols on the front tables would be good.
