The property is very secure with a lock on the building, a lock to the the suite and a lock on the room door. The room was updated and very clean. The air conditioner worked beautifully and there was lots of hot water for showers. Breakfast was good, especially the cappuccinos. Staff were great. Danilo was knowledgeable about the area and train/bus services. Also, messages to the property on Booking.com were answered promptly.

The area itself doesn’t have a lot of tourist attractions or nice restaurants that we could find. The bus/train terminal is a very short walk which we used for getting to attractions/restaurants and to the FCO airport (8 euros).

The room was clean, check-in was smooth, host was friendly, and AC worked well (important in July!). It's a bit removed from the main tourist attractions in Rome, which I liked - quieter than the centre, but still within a 10-minute walk of Trastevere Station (train direct to the airport and to Roma Termini), and it's easy to get to the main sights either by transit or with a nice walk of about 45 minutes. It wasn't fancy, but it had everything I needed at a great price.

Very spacious room. Danilo was very helpful and accommodating, eg he made breakfast early for us on the last day. Everything was very clean, well maintained and nicely presented. Also very short walk to Roma Trastevere train station. The main part of Trastevere, about 20 mins walk or no 8 tram, is well worth going to. The restaurants were very busy (Sunday) with a great atmosphere.

We arrived on a Sunday and the flea market directly outside was quite noisy but this was only during the day .

DaNoi is an amazing spot if you need to catch an early flight from the Trastevere station! It is very clean, good energy, with a comfortable bed and Danilo is very warm, welcoming and hospitable. As a solo female traveller I was a little nervous about walking around at 5am with all my bags but the area is very safe (as Danilo promised!) and I would absolutely stay here again if I had a similar travel itinerary. Thank you Danilo for an easy, comfortable and positive stay!

The host was very helpful for me with my questions and needs during my stay. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

This was not a major inconvenience, but one night there was a lot of noise on the streets outside because of people setting up for the market early on the morning. I think that is only once per week and on the weekend. Next time, I will use white noise to block out that sound.

The owner is very kind and helpful. We will be back for sure. Room was nice, clean, comfortable bed. Typical italian breakfast: sweet and small, but it was enough for us. Good coffee. Close to the historical center, you can reach it by foot after 30-minute walk. There is a train station Roma Trastevere within 5minutes walk, where you can come easily directly from Fiumicino Airport.

It was a little noisy at night outside of building, we needed to close the windows, which helped a bit, but generally it is a great place :)

Very clean, comfortable, value for money and close to bus stations (and just around 30 mins to FCO). I stayed in an ensuite king room and it is huge! There is a fridge aircon, sofa and balcony. There is housekeeping too. They have free breakfast everyday but i missed them since i always left early. There is kitchen to make tea/coffee (but cooking is not allowed). The host is very nice too! I checked in at around 11 pm and he waited for me until I arrived. He even suggested which transport to take best from the airport. Will definitely book again!

Breakfast was adequate for price paid . Room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean . Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend. Don’t look for signage at front as this is an apartment with three rooms so a Bnb . Excellent ensuite and facilities . Would stay again for sure

Booking . Com had this under hotels so I was expecting a hotel , was happy with my stay but caused me confusion at start

The host was great and rooms were clean. It was conveniently located near the train station and was perfect for us after a long flight that left us jet-lagged. We awoke at 5am and found 1-2 food places open near the train station (a breakfast spot and kebob spot). Also pro tip: the b&b is located inside a building with other apartments & businesses. When you enter, take the stairs or elevator on the left up to the 2nd floor to find it. Our flight was a bit delayed & the front door was locked upon arrival but a kind guest let us in and it was very easy to find once inside. My suggestion is that you let the host know when you’ll be arriving so they know to look out for your arrival. Everyone we met was extremely helpful during our stay & there was a market right out front when we arrived. We were too exhausted to take advantage and we regret not buying a few items.

I loved staying at DaNoi. I was looking for a reasonably priced place with a private bathroom in this area and this qualified. The room I had was very comfortable and very clean. I had everything I needed (closet with hangars, clean towels, comfortable bed etc). My "private" terrace was decorated with live plants and had a little table and chairs where I was able to enjoy my breakfast when weather was nice. Danilo was great at communication. There was a text on WhatsApp from him waiting for me when my plane landed and we coordinated my arrival. Danilo is a caring and thoughtful host. I felt safe in the neighborhood and in the building. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, my adult-child will be staying here next month and I feel confident this is a good place for them to stay here too.

If you are staying over on a Saturday night, bring ear plugs and then you will be ok. Sunday morning (around 4 am), a big flea market (I think it is called Porta Portese) started setting up right on the street outside my window. The noise continued all morning and a big crowd comes to one of the largest flea markets in Rome.
