-The property decor is very kitchy and cool! The hostel is spacious and it has a lot of areas to relax and chill. -Free one time breakfast if you promote them with a post on social media. The breakfast has some variety and was quite decent. -Overall very nice friendly vibe in the hostel. -Convenient location to train station, bus stop, tram. -Shout out to staff members Justino and Stefan who were simply wonderful, friendly and super helpful! They had lots of tips and recommendations and were very cool to hang with!

-The bathrooms need repairs. Bathroom fixtures need to be fixed. - It would be nice to have a full-length mirror installed in the dorm rooms, so that everyone doesn't have to rely on only the bathroom mirror. -Lack of plug points near the beds. -Could do with better lighting in the rooms. -Came across some cockroaches in the dorm room. -Was made to change my room to accommodate other bookings. -Can improve on the cleanliness. -They couldn't accommodate an early check-in when I arrived in the morning by 7am, which is understandable. But even afterwards check-in was delayed by half an hour from regular time of 3pm.

- Check in was smooth, done within 5 minutes - Staff was helpful and really awesome - Morning breakfast comes with real good options just for 5 euros, includes really good options like cake/coffee/juice/cereals/pie etc - Location is great, few minutes from Trastevere station - Clean and good room/toilet/sheets/blanket - Spacious room/bed, I'm 6 ft 90kg hence need some quality 😆 Overall I would recommend this one anytime over most hostels in Rome.

These can be ignored if you are not too particular about your stay and dont want to spend big bucks for hotels. - There was no mention of 20 euro deposit till you return the key(thankfully staff reduced it to 10e since I didnt have 20 cash). - The bathroom door was fashionably horrible, upper and lower part of door is transparent, really awkward when someone is bathing 😓 (photo given) - There was no bedlamp/nightlamp in room, My roommates asked me to keep the only light of the room off whole day/night and I had to use mobile flashlight for everything (pack/change/unpack) & reception was too far away to complain.

The staff were really excellent, friendly and chatty without being pushy and I think some of the nicest hostel staff I have met. They had useful advice if you wanted it and were just all lovely. The rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for clientele to use. The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't cramped.at all. I'd definitely stay again as the location was excellent.

This is not the fault of the staff at all I must say but the customers were dirty and lazy, not cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen which was disappointing as sometimes you couldn't find a plate or pan to use.

The reception is super friendly & helped me with my luggage up the stairs. The actual lobby is very nice as is the kitchen yet the addition opposite the parking lot is absolutely beautiful and on sunny days the outdoor tiki garden is very friendly. Right outside is the tram or you can walk to Trastevere which is very close. Overall friendly vibe as if the team actually is happy you chose the hostel.

Just wish the girls dorm had lockers for each guest instead of only 2 for 4. More secure lockers in rooms. Better breakfast for gluten intolerance as they have no yogurt etc. But if you love pastries, they have tons of cakes and deserts!

All of above and luckily my group of young foreign travellers were great company in a mixed 8 bed dorm.

I have only 1 complaint I had and it was shared by the others also. was there were no tourist brochures around the reception at all and we all found out later that day that the 1st Sunday of each month is free entries to all the famous places we all avoided because of the lines but would have waited for some if we knew this. I was there from Friday 30th August for a week.

The staff are friendly

The first room the gave us (private with twin beds) was great. Then they asked us to move to another room for the last night and offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience. The second room (no 27) was too small and curtains were hanging as a result the sun was shining inside early in the morning. I suggest to fix the curtains in this room. Also the breakfast is very unhealthy and everything is sweet. I suggest to add some tomato’s and some fresh cheese like feta cheese. It won’t add much extra cost to include a few healthy salty options into it.

Staff was really great, they helped with everything they could. Location is amazing, close to public transportation and connection with Fiumicino airport by train, and breakfast is great!! I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city

There's two buildings and I think it would be great to refurbish the old building to keep up with the new one. I stayed in both and the new one is so much better. But overall is a great place to stay

Great location, lots of friendly people checking in too & staff were good

Cleaner was knocking on my door at 10am New Year’s Day asking if I want my room clean, don’t think this is very fair as New Year’s Day I was hungover. If I wanted my room clean I would have told reception. Also the cleaners are very loud and will most likely wake you up if you ain’t checking out.

The hostel is clean, contains a terrasse, kitchen , private bathroom for the girls room. Everything was clean and hygienic. The position of the hostel is good in a clean and calm street near to everything you will need. I would definitely come back again

The philipina girl on the reception made me wait extra 45min after 15h for the check in even if the room was ready. So i waited for a guy to come then made check in for me. Also they asked me to make a deposit of 20€ in case i lost the keys, ofc i didn’t accept as it was not mentionned on booking. Except that everything was good 👍🏽
