Location was the best, close to everything we needed. Breakfast was a surprisingly solid and had a lot to offer. Room was clean. We will definitely come back if in Rome!

The reception was confusing as we got asked to pay again even though we had already paid online. Everything got settled but it would be good that the reception would be on top of what has been paid and what not before arrival.

We are so grateful that we got this accommodation as it far exceeded our needs. Let me start by saying that Prezzie was absolutely the best host a person could hope for. She very caring and provided us much support and guidance along with the extras in the morning that was great. The place was very clean and up to date with all you would need for your stay here. We had a rental car and she provided us with a garage that was a short walk and at market price of 30 EU for 24 hours. Parking on the streets is next to impossible so plan accordingly.

Excellent location within 30 min walk of most major attractions. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks. Breakfast was great. The room was very spacious. Shower was a little small but to be expected in the centre of Rome. Lift was small too only room for one person and a suitcase but again to be expected in Rome. Raeluca was a great host

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the main sights. The room was spacious with useful facilities, including WiFi, hairdryer, safe, access to iron and board. The bed was very comfortable and the room both dark and quiet at night. Breakfast was varied and ample. My husband appreciated the kind offer of the making of poached eggs for him each morning! We look forward to returning.

If you need a great B&B in Rome, half an hour from all the attractions, at a great price with great service, a good breakfast to start the day, this is the place for you. 4 days in Rome, without thinking about transportation around the city, accommodation almost in the center of the action, surrounded by local shops, is what makes this place so special. Great service for a good price is what makes the place great.

Excellent location, only a few minutes away from the A line metro and Plazza del Popolo. A lot of great restaurants around and most tourist attractions only 30 minutes of walking away. Mrs. Monica is also an excellent host and did the most to make our stay comfortable, even preparing sandwiches for us on our last day since we had an early flight.

Very clean and room was even nicer than the photos even though the photos were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great being near a street full of restaurants and a piazza. Near the metro. I would like to stay here again if given the opportunity.

Perfect location, close to Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Borghese Gardens, shops and restaurants, and only ten minute walk from Metro station. The hotel provided a minimum gluten-free breakfast for one guest. The room was quiet at night and bathroom was clean with good shower.

We would have preferred having a separate dining room for breakfast, rather than eating in our room. Although we asked for an early breakfast as we had trips planned, the breakfast was late on two mornings. We were only informed on arrival that there would be a 5euro surcharge each day for gluten-free breakfast - which was the same as others but with gluten-free bread slices.

The two ladies that work there are splendid. They are friendly, ready to help you with every request and they are just splendid. The location is great.

The system of getting in and out of the building is very confusing especially if you arrive after reception working hours. One you see how it works it’s easy.

Staff were very friendly and polite. Room was clean and neat, bathroom have excellent bathtub that was very good for relaxing after whole day of walking and exploring the city.

Breakfast was good (staff made for us every morning delicious scramble eggs) but we didn’t have tabel in room where we could eat it, so we ate it on bed.
