Staff was wonderful! Maro was very great and met us to help us with bags and check us in . He also returned a text late at night when our phone died with the codes to get in and was very fast in giving us the codes . Very great location. I read the few bad reviews so was a bit nervous but tgey were not accurate ! And I gp to and stay in Rome monthly! The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were super! Our window opened to the street which gave is a wonderful view of the Piazza del popolo. The entrance was definitely in need od som paint but otger than that the rooms were wonderful! I would definitely book this apartment agian and I've stayed in 5 stars in Rome . It's great location and clean and great bedding and nice to have the window. Good value Absoultly!

First of all - the location was absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere and spent every evening at beautiful Piazza del Popolo which is just few minutes away. Also, there is lots of great restaurants and spots around the accomodation. The room was also great, it had everything we could possibly need (a big plus is the iron and ironing board), and it was cleaned daily. Also, it was really quiet so we slept like babies every night. To sum it up - we were really satisfied and happy with our stay in Ripetta Rooms and will recommend it to our friends and family! :)

Shower needs some updating.

Great location - close to lots of the attractions and a metro station. Staff - helpful, knowledgeable, always available even via text. Gave us a map on arrival and pointed out sightseeing spots and how to get around. Answered all questions. We had trouble with payment on arrival and staff and management were patient with us and explained the issue from their end and let us pay 2 days later when the issue was solved. Room - had amenities (hair dryer, iron and board, kettle, mini fridge); free water, wafers and juices in the fridge each day; good air con; enough storage. Price - felt it was very ideal and reasonable especially for location

Shower door was a little wobbly. The building had a power cut one evening from approx 10pm-1am but staff were straight onto the company to solve the issue. Noise around the building on our last morning, doors quite loud downstairs which we heard and loud guests from upstairs which isn't any fault of Ripetta Rooms.

From our friendly meet up with Marco , who gave us lots of tips for where the major landmarks were to offers to help if we needed it ! He needn’t have worried - everything was so accessible from Ripetta and we followed his tip of the open top bus which was reasonable for 3 days and saved our legs when we had walked enough ! The area was our favourite of all places to eat - reasonable and delicious ! We have never slept in a more comfortable bed when away from home and the room was beautiful ! Every day some little angels came in and made our bed / changed our towels if needed and topped up water and juice / biscuits in the fridge ! It was always spotless ! Thank you for the perfect place to celebrate my birthday 😀

As previously stated the shower ( although works well ) could do with some descaling / regrouting ?) it was spotless however so this is a minor problem .

We were greeted by the receptionist and shown all the key sights of Rome we should not miss on a map. The room was very comfy and was cleaned every day. We got complimentary water and little cookies everyday put in our fridge. Ripetta Rooms is really close to the park Villa Borghese and a 5-10 min walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the surrounding shopping and restaurant district. A metro stop is also 5 min away, however we opted to walk almost everywhere as even the Colosseum is only about 30 min by foot.

We saw a small amount of mold above our shower stall and the room seemed kind of damp every evening when we arrived back but opening the window quickly helped there.

The location right in the centre was excellent. Close to the main streets, a lovely piazza and a wonderful park. No breakfast was provided, but there are plenty of cafes nearby. There was quite a lot of street noise, but that's to be expected from a place in such a central position. The room was fine and very clean which was nice. The actual building the rooms was located in was somewhat shabby, but what it lacked in curb appeal was made up for by the central location.

The ensuite was very small, with limited space to move around in the shower, but the main bugbear was the uncomfortable mattress which was too firm and seemed to be covered by a rather thick mattress topper. This made it very hot and we spent our first couple of nights trying to adjust the bedding and temperature of the room via the air conditioner (without having the window open because of the noise outside) to make it comfortable. The common areas of the building were distinctly shabby and could do with sprucing up.

Staff was very friendly, couldn’t be better. Rooms were very comfortable and we especially appreciated that we could take water and snacks from the fridge free of charge which were replaced daily! It’s the little things that make a difference :) Also, location couldn’t be better!

Nothing, for that price it was very good.

Location is key point of this hotel. It just couple steps away from piazza del popolo. And it also safe to walk on the street at night. Few blocks away are luxury district. There are many decent restaurants around.

Shower room is way too narrow. I and my hubby are both skinny but we barely could turn around while we showering.

The location was great and not far from the metro and a close walk to some attractions. The room was clean with complementary water and snacks. It was a very handy place for a 2 night stay and the lady at the reception messaged me with food recommendations which were very helpful. You could also leave your baggage at reception after checking out.

Nothing major but two different people messaged me about check in details which was slightly confusing and had some initial trouble accessing the building.
