We stayed in the family room, 2 adults and 2 childreen. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a fridge in the room with complementary water bottles. The air conditioning was a bliss. The breakfast is very convenient with some nice details such as local pastries. The kitchen is open all day for coffee and drinks. The host Isabella was extremely friendly and easy to reach. She recommended some local restaurants which were fantastic tips and made our stay in Rome memorable. It is located near Termini Station, very convenient, the bus from Ciampino airport stops here within a few minutes walk from Hold Rome. We walked everywhere, it is 20 minutes walk to the colisseum and around 30 minutes walk to all major Rome attractions. The metro is minutes walking distance which can be useful if you plan to visit the Vatican located a bit further away. We highly recommend Hold Rome for family stays

The room are spacious and comfortable. The Bathroom equipped with push button to dispense water from shower head, very innovative and easily to use. Staff are friendly and prompt in my queries. It's only 5 - 10 minutes walk from Termini station with large food court and plenty of shopping outlet. It's just a breeze 10 - 20 minutes walk to the colosseum. Pretty convenient. Breakfast is good too! And it's availability straight from the kitchen next door. Remember to clean up after use as it's a self-service breakfast.

The initial staircase steps to get to the lift can be a little demanding for folks carrying 29 inches and heavy luggages. Lift is a little small and hold up to 2 luggages or maximum of 4 person. So it's requires a bit more patient to get everyone up to room at level 1.

This place was so amazing. Its actually a big apartment divided into 3 rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen. Check-in was smooth, the host welcomed us and explained everything. The room was nice, bathroom as well and we aprecieted the heating was on in the beginning of March. The place is not difficulf to find if you read instructions properly and check the map. After check out it is alowed to leave your luggage in the hallway and pick it up later. Its just few hundred meters from 2 metro stations, airport shuttle bus is just around the corner. The area is not so much turistic alhough there are some hotels around. We also experienced some good restaurants nearby. If we come to Rome again, we will definitely stay here.

Kitchen was closed sometimes, so if you wanna make tea or coffee around noon or after 10:30 p.m. there is no chance. Also the marble floor was kind of cold, so maybe slippers would be nice, but its just a detail.

I really liked the location, very convinient. Close to Termini train station, Coleseum is just about 20 minutes walk. The hotel is in the residential building. It was nice to be able to drink some tea or coffee after official breakfast hours. The kitchen was available.

The walls are thin, we could hear everything that the other people were doing in their room. In our room it was super cold, the first night we had to sleep all dressed. I turned on the AC to the max (like 30C) and then it became berable BUT sleeping with the AC running is a doubtful pleasure if you are a light sleeper. The bathroom felt like a fridge despite the AC running all the time at its max, it was hard to get off the shower.

Beautifully decorated, comfy bed, good aircon…and the pastry’s for breakfast were amazing. Highly recommend for a couple.

Only thing I would say is the location is a little bit rough on the surrounding streets as it’s so close to the main terminal however this also was a massive plus as getting about was so easy. We bought an Omnia Roma pass! Also the family opposite our room were very loud but nothing to do with the host.

Great find for a family of 4 in rome right by the metro/train and bus although we walked everywhere The room was a great size with double bed and 2 proper beds for the kids, super clean Large bathroom with everything provided Full length mirror in the room Breakfast room was a great addition with enough options to keep hunger at bay

Clean and modern, good location near Roma Termini and all buses. Breakfast is a plus too

The breakfast is self service and there are not instructions on how to use the egg machine for example. Also, there’s no staff there during breakfast, so when some other group consumed all the yoghurts and milk, there was nobody to replace. In addition, there was no wifi in our room for most of our stay, and even after it was fixed on our third day, the wifi is very low in the room, so if you really need it, it’s a problem! Overall though the room is super comfortable and modern!

A really nice home-y feel with name chalk boards on the room doors and overall atmosphere of an apartment turned into a mini hotel. Cool fusion of b&b and boutique hotel. clever check in system. Nice room, great location 15 min walk to Colosseum and close to classic places you want to see in Rome + Very close to the train station. Good local restaurants on the same street.

Staying for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety or rotation for breakfast, also one day there wasn’t much left. Though the whole breakfast was arranged nicely.

We stayed in a family room, with room for 4 guests. The room was exceptionally clean and very well decorated. The location is very close to Termini but on a quiet street...so quiet we were able to sleep with the windows open. Beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Directions for remote check in were very easy to follow. Isabella is an incredibly kind and helpful host. We had a tricky lost luggage situation, and she really went the extra mile to help us out!

Location is near the Roma Termini and city center, it was good. You have separate bathroom in rooms. But you share same kitchen. There is no wardrop or enaugh tables to put your stuff. Room and kitchen was clean. For otopark you can buy 8 hours car parking cards, tobacco shop 50 meter away from hold rome. 8 hour ticket is 4 euros, and put it inside of frontwindshield of your car. After 19 pm to 08 am no need to pay, you have to pay on daytime.
