Our stay at Hotel Barocco was absolutely incredible! I came to Rome with my 13 years old daughter for 4 nights. The location is perfect - close to the centre, close to the train and bus, great restaurants around and the Pizazza is beautiful. The hotel stuff was so nice, polite, always smiling and very helpful! Fabio Florentina Lisa Alessandro Fabrizio & Daniele - thank you so much :) They gave us a WhatsUp number and it was very convenient to communicate with them at any time. They always answer quickly and were super nice. The room was very clean and absolutely beautiful! Clean white sheets and puffy bathtub robes. When we arrived they offered an upgrade to the Junior Suit for a convenient amount of money and we were glad to accept it. Breakfast was served at the dining room and all ingredients were fresh and tasty. the stuff Stefano Maricarr Elisabetta Giulia and Eduard Gianluca were very professional and kind. We will defiantly come back and stay at this charming hotel!

The location of the hotel was perfect to access all the wonderful sights Rome has on offer. The staff were always friendly, accommodating and helpful. The variety and quality of breakfast in the morning was a lovely surprise.

Initially the size of the first room we were taken too was quite small, so make sure you’re aware of the size of the room you’re booking. However when the hotel we made aware of our disappointment around the size of the room we were moved to much better and far more suitable room which was beautifully decorated and a lovely size.

Location couldn't be better. Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Villa Borghese all within 10 min walk. Breakfast was amazing with a good spread.

Room was a bit smaller than we expected but not a huge issue.

WOW WOW WOW! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! We loved the location and ease of access to everywhere we wanted to see on our first trip to Rome. We came for our anniversary and the hotel made our stay extra special! The staff were so kind and fun to talk to. Very helpful with anything we needed and could call a taxi for us, which would show up in just a few minutes. The breakfast was a tray of fruit, meat, cheese and pastries plus a hot a la carte menu plus your drink/coffee order — very filling and yummy! The bed was very comfortable and the AC amazinggg for hot August! While we waited to leave at departure the front desk even brought us out cold lattes while we waited in the lobby. Lots of attention to detail. We loved our stay here and want to the thank all of the staff for going the extra mile for us!

As others have mentioned, the rooms are small, however this is pretty standard for the city. We organized appropriately using the closet space and had no problems. Plus, we were in Rome to sight see so we were hardly in the room but to sleep! We also needed to use the laundry service, which automatically includes ironing and is a little pricey but it was nice to have the option of clean clothes :)

This was an incredible location - a short walk to all top cites in Rome and near lots of great restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and very nice and had everything we needed and more. It was 5 star service in a 5 star location at a 3 star price! You will not regret staying here! The breakfast included was delicious and more food than you can eat!

The shower door was a little awkward and water often got on the floor but it was a great shower otherwise!

The property is centrally located- easy walk to trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc

Very charming boutique hotel with fabulous service. they go out of their way to be thoughtful. we arrived early in the morning after flying overnight. They stores our luggage and we went walking to see the area. We came back before the time our room was to be ready and they greeted us with cappuccinos, Italian cookies and a place to rest I’m the lounge. it was delightful.

Location fantastic within walking distance of all the main attractions apart from the Vatican which was €15{much less by metro however we didn’t chance it due to needing to join a tour at a particular time }.room was a little disappointing due to being very small however my fault as I booked a classic room ! Next time definitely a bigger room required . Room was very clean and everything there we needed though a kettle & tea/coffee facilities would have been nice . Some lovely touches from the hotel - a bottle of Prosecco and personalised card in the room for our arrival as it was our wedding anniversary and night we were leaving a bag of chocolate barocca sweets and another personalised card . Breakfast a la carte and very good though personally I prefer a Buffett . All food cooked to order and tasty. Service excellent from all staff who were all very friendly and nothing too much trouble . Highly recommended hotel !

We liked the whole thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. We were close to the city centre but without all the crowds. The rooms/hotel was very quiet. We didn't hear any of the guests nor did we hear the outside traffic. The food (breakfast) was excellent. Great choices and service. We had scheduled tours so the service was very fast. The bartenders at night were very friendly. Also a shout out to the cleaning staff. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Especailly for the price.

We were on the 6th floor so sometimes the elevator was very slow so we walked down. But not a big issue.

The location of this hotel can’t be beaten . You are within the walking distance if everything. Breakfast is great with its selection of cold and warm food served to your table. Coffee and orange juice is great. The service is impeccable and you feel really well looked after. The hotel stuff do have a bit of an easy going Italian flair , but still can be called proper old school. We were a difficult group of ladies on holiday and they handled all our requests with patience and grace.

The rooms lack character and space. They are well appointed and clean, but not more. And you expect a bit more, having paid 400 Euros per night. We liked to keep our window open at night and although our room was on the fifth floor were kept up by a lot of noise from the street. Our friends had rooms facing the inner yard with really bad views and tiny windows. Those rooms were quiet though.

The Staff were really welcoming and they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Always accommodating and answering and following up on anything you requested. All the people in the reception and in the breakfast place, are smiling, kind and a special note to Stephen he was really funny, kind, making good conversation, professional at his job. Happy Birthday to him as he took few days off and we couldn't say good bye to him before we leave :) I want also to add that the area is safe and lively and near to everything. Hotel Facilities are clean which is very important to me.
