The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel surrounding is a nice living area. There are restaurants, shop, pharmacy, bus station in walking distance.

The staff at the breakfast was unfriendly and careless. There was a morning when 40 minutes before the end of breakfast time almost nothing was available, even there was no glass for juice and no one cared about that. The hotel location is nice, but don't plan to use public transport as a basic option as it is practically non-existent unpredictable service especially in that area.

Perfect location for the Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone - only 15 minutes walk. Staff were extremely helpful and there is a beautiful terrace for breakfast and dinner. We had been booked for 3 nights stay but had to be diverted to another hotel in the same chain for the first night because of renovation works. That hotel was more central, our bags were taken on for us whilst we were out and we were also given a 20% discount for dinner. These things happen sometimes, and I thought that it was extremely well handled.

The water in the shower was only lukewarm in the mornings (at around 9), although fine at all other times.

The breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and approachable. We went to a concert at the auditorium so it was out of the main city but perfect for us. Lots of lovely food venues in walking distance and buses very accessible and cheap. Taxi from centre was €15-€20 which was welcome in the 38 degree heat!

I thought the pictures looked a lot nicer than in person but it was still nice enough. the shower wouldn't stay any higher so it had to be held up to wash. Ate in the restaurant, some food was very nice the the lasagne was overheated in the microwave so the top and edges were very tough. Fish was lovely!

the hotel was clean and very pretty. the staff was very nice. Breakfast was average could have been better but overall tasty. The room was relatively nice and clean, they changed the sheet immediately after we left about our day the second day

The beds were uncomfortable, it was me and my partner but it was two single beds pushed together that would separate during the night if we both in the middle which was an inconvenience since we went there to celebrate valentine and had to constantly sleep apart or move the beds together again. The location is not bad but we did had to take buses to the center, so if someone wants to be walking distance this is not the hotel. Maybe they can have some rooms for couples with queen beds instead

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel again, and I must say, it was nothing short of exceptional. Their consideration and attentiveness towards guests are unparalleled. This was a nice, cozy old-fashioned hotel located in a very nice residential area of Rome. There was a very comfortable and well-appointed living room available. Also, the hotel had a good restaurant on site. The breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and always available to help out. Our room was nicely decorated. The bathroom was quite large and bright. The bed was big and comfortable.

Our room was a bit on the small side. The bathroom lacked hooks to hang towels and also would have benefited with a shelf for cosmetics.

Fresh bakery would be a great addition to the breakfast.

Beautiful room with terrace, breakfast has everything you could wish for, quiet location near the park - everything easily accessible by taxi. Really recommend.

The breakfast was very well catered for with a wide range of foods. The rooms were clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities and the staff were all very friendly :)
