The facilities were clean, modern, comfortable and functional. Angela was extremely kind and friendly and made us feel wry much at home.

Only a masked window to take in some light (not much) and no outside view - we knew this from others’ comments, so wasn’t a surprise. Not the facility’s fault, but this area is poorly connected by public transport - the two bus lines (only one on Sundays) are OK once they come, but they are very scarse. Alternative is to walk 10 minutes to the local train station Euclide for a 5min ride to Flaminio station.

Great design, rooms very clean and tidy. A big plus for cleaning the rooms, access to the kitchen and an atmospheric garden. A very nice convenience is also the access to the facility and to the rooms with a code, so we did not have to keep an eye on the keys. A big plus for a mirror where you can see the whole thing, lots of towels and great cosmetics. Access to a coffee machine, a safe and an iron in the room is also a big advantage :)

What could be better is breakfast, scrambled eggs from the microwave, two slices of cheese for 2 people and frozen croissants are a bit of an average meal - still tasty, but such an object could improve it🙂 there wasn't mirror in which I could do makeup, the bathrooms are very dark

Although Rome is pretty miserable, the location of the accommodation is nice, we can say select. The staff exceptional with service and support at all times. Very well appointed room with large bathroom, garden terrace with seating, very clean and delicious breakfast. Everything faultless and exceptional value for money.

The only downside of our room might be that it didn't have view , opening of the window. But even so , the room has very good ventilation. And personally I could say that this was also a plus considering the smell of garbage and sewer in this city.

if you do not really care about the location-this place is perfect. Check in was very well organized, the lady, that works there is such a sweetheart: she helped us with everything, including getting a shuttle to go to the airport, place is quiet, stylish and beautiful, breakfast was okay.

Location. For some reason it was announced as a great location. It is located in the residential area of Rome, but 15-20 mins away from the historical city center, so if it is important for you, as it is for me-this place is not for you. On all the other points-it's 10 out of 10.

It was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect. The room was deep-cleaned every day, and the atmosphere was quiet with a beautiful interior. It offered the best value for the quality and price. Angela was the best hostess I’ve ever met, paying huge attention to small details. I highly recommend this place. Having traveled a lot and stayed in more than 20 hotels last year, this one is the best. From now on, I’ll only stay here when I’m in Rome.

We loved the room and decor, it was great. the service was great and Angela is the sweetest. there is also a tram line which is not that far from hotel (Rossi I) and it takes you to the centre easily as busses are not always on time.

Although there is transport location is a bit far from the centre but with public transport it wasn't that much of an issue. at night I would recommend an Uber

Exceptional property , bed was unbelievably comfortable, checkin in was stress free. Angela was BRILLIANT, and breakfast was great!! We went to a concert at the  Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone so the location was ideal. Highly recommend A big thank you!!!

We liked everything. A girl from reception (if I am correct - Angela) she was amazing and kind, breakfast was not bad for the price. Tasty cappuccino. Room design is super. Clean and beautiful hotel. coffee in rooms.

it is not in the city center, but we knew it. You should use tram (train) to go to the center. I also propose to add slippers to rooms.

Need to enter the code by ourselves to get onto the room, and the room is like a basement, window cannot open

The shower is the kind of the most comfortable and I have seen a lot. It was superb, room is clean, house lady welcoming, croissants in the morning delicious and warm.

In the shared indoor and outdoor area a little dusty and could have been left cookies or some snacks, juice for example. Very thin walls, you are lucky if will not live with noisy neighbours at night…
