The room was small but nice and surprisingly it had a small balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly well! The bathroom was decent size and clean with good water pressure and toiletries. With the large window/door closed to avoid noise from the street/ garbage trucks, I was able to get a good night sleep and be ready for a day of exploration. The best thing about this property were the front desk staff - all of them were very friendly and super helpful! For example Joy let me borrow her power bank when mine wasn’t working. Generally, having someone direct you in an unfamiliar city was super helpful- I really appreciated their support!

The room would have been better with a coffee machine, as we all need coffee first thing in the morning even before the breakfast! I would have loved a small table for a snack/laptop. The hotel is by Borghese park- beautiful place to explore, along with Borghese gallery! It is near Barberini metro station, which is very convenient to get to the main sites. If you like walking, it takes about 15-20 min walk to get to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon. Vatican is on the other side of Tiber river and it takes about 45 min to walk to it. Keep in mind that the property is on sort of a hill and it might be harder to climb up to get to it after a day of exploring.

The staff were great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The reception desk is manned 24 hours incase you need anything or have any questions. The location was good, its walking distance to all main attractions, the furthest walk was approx. 50 minutes to the Vatican City. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The room and bathroom were on the smaller side but fine for 2 people. You have to walk up quite a big hill to get back to the hotel after a day exploring Rome so be prepared for that, wouldn't put me off staying here though.

Good price for best location. There was no breakfast included, but excellent location and sufficient for a short city trip

nice quite neighborhood, with great dining options around the corner, great cafes, noz very touristy, close to Rome greatest park but 8 min from the Spanish steps and then bustle of the center, not too far from the train station and the metro

there was nothing I disliked, the hotel is not the Hyatt but a good prize and is a 3 star, there is no breakfast service since the pandemic but there are cafes across the street

The hotel is perfect for a few days' stay. Our room had everything necessary and enough space for personal belongings. Very clean and an excellent bed. The staff is outstanding, especially the receptionist Joy—polite, friendly, and always ready to help. She made our stay even better.

Cold floors. Although it wasn’t cold in the room itself, disposable slippers would have been a nice touch.

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Room cleaned and linen changed daily. On duty staff obliged by giving us hot water for tea/coffee in morning/evening. My husband suffered a severe nose bleed at 2am and the young man Andrea got ice and tissues and promise of ambulance if it did not stop in 30 mins! Fortunately it stopped in 20 minutes. The fact that he was willing to help was very reassuring to me and my husband! The receptionists Joy and Iceyuu also helped in ensuring a misplaced piece of luggage was delivered before our check out!!

Location was excellent for walking to many major sights. Room was nicely designed and roomy. Bed was comfortable and room and building were clean. Staff helped order a taxi to the airport. About an hour drive for 65 euros.

Shower is designed to leak onto floor without extreme efforts to the contrary. Room safe was dead so had to use another safe in lobby which is mildly annoying. Fridge was running but would not cool. Air conditioner worked but controls seemed to make suggestions rather than issue commands. No ice available for drinks. No English TV channels.

The hotel is totally value for money, in this price is very difficult to find something better in Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very warm and also there is plenty of warm water to shower. The room is clean but there are some imperfections eg the mirror had some small damages. The location is perfect with cute near by restaurants and cafes and metro and bus station. Some of the most famous attractions are in walking distance. Over all the experience was really pleasant and I totally recommended for an value for money and comfortable stay.

Modern room. Great location. Friendly staff. Cold aircon. Comfortable beds. No street noise. Large flat screen smart tv.

The aircon was noisy and made it difficult to sleep, but the room got very warm, very quickly without it. Very strangely there wasn't a wardrobe or any where to put our clothes. We just had to keep the in the suitcase.

Great room very large with lots of space. Bathroom was great with shower gel and shampoo provided. There was a mini bar with good prices. A huge TV with access to apps such as Netflix. Building was super secure and well managed

You had to hand in your key every time you left and pick it up when you returned - a minor inconvenience.
