Location was fantastic for the embassy and the little square down the street was lovely for a meal. The upstairs verandah was a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the night.

The stairs, though the owners were very kind in helping me to carry the suitcases up 4 flights. Then downloading and printing off critical information for us. They could not have been kinder and refused the extra payment offered.

Very nice, cute, beautiful, comfortable hotel. I stayed just for a one night, but I would stay more.The bed and pillows were comfortable, it’s was quiet and with a black out “curtains” it was very good to sleep! People who are working there are very friendly and gentle, I was feeling very welcomed. Thank you!

Satisfactory, pleasant front desk, clear instructions on getting back in at night. Small nondescript street, very quiet area - but close to a bus stop and a small walk to the BOLOGNA subway stop. Price was decent.

The room was basically taken up by a bed. But I didn't actively dislike that.

The best option I could find in Rome is not too far from the sights. Walking distance to subway station and then 4 stops to reach the downtown.

It would be nice to have cold water in the fridge by the reception as the one I bought was lukewarm. Might make sense to tune up the fridge a bit:) The toilet seat could use some love. Otherwise, the room was ok.

It was closed to public transport network. They cleaned the room every day and the places was very quite even in the day and night. The personal was good and give us more suggestion about accommodation and places to visit.

We booked a room but they changed. We announced since the begging about disabilities of one person from the group. At the end they changed the room and it was more than ok for us.

Staff were extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The location was good, not far from a Metro and Plazza with a number of restaurants, bars and gelato cafes and connection to the attractions of the nearby city centre.

Location is convenient, fairly close to Rome’s historic center, (metro station 10mins walk) in a quiet residential neighborhood, an elegant small building from the 1920s. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

It could be a tad cheaper, maybe? Though the manager was generous and gave me a larger 4-beds room for the price of a single. Thank you

I really liked this family run hotel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay comfortable.

There was only sweet stuff for breakfast, which is OK with me as I like sweet breakfast, but others in my party wanted something salty.

Very nicely located villa-hotel near Russian consolate , 5 min walk. Beds and pillows were good , big smart TV
