The bed is comfortable. The communication with the owner is very clear. The hotel is very well communicated with the center by metro or bus. The check in and out is very flexible.

The bathroom could be improved.

•The location is perfect, very close to all the tourist attractions and also in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Room with terrace was amazing. Quite, with amazing view to the garden and magnolia tree. Very pleasant to sit in the evening watching parrots. No warries that breakfast is not included - there is good shop on the corner and small restaurant place nearby. We went with metro to the city center to eat - 15 minutes of travel. Metro is very good located. Host is very welcoming and friendly, they detailed explained all our questions.

It was small surprise city tourist tax is 6 eur/pers/day - please keep it in mind. Surely this is not facility issue. Just tak e a note tax is not included.

We really loved the huge balcony attached to our room which was a perfect place to eat and hang out as it had a table and four chairs setup. If you are a couple and have the ability to request a room, request for room 104 to get the balcony. The elevator is large and can fit three people and three large suitcases or six people at a time. The staff are friendly and will explain the rules as you check in and will arrange tours and call taxis for you.

The breakfast area is currently under renovation and was not serving breakfast during our stay. This was advertised in the posting so we weren't expecting breakfast but we look forward to the renovations being done.

Awesome staff. My flight was delayed and it was next to impossible to get a taxi at Fiumicino and arrive before 11 pm. Franco did explain how I will get inside and sent me video of entering code to enter and where my key will be located. I got there few minutes after 11 pm and he was still waiting for me and another guest. As a solo traveler I got a tiny room, but it was all I needed. Comfy bed.

Quite a noise from the cars passing by all night, but there is not much the hotel can do about it.

The hotel has a pretty courtyard that makes a charming first impression. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming.The room itself was airconditioned all the time (a necessity in the summer heat!) and was oriented towards the courtyard, thus being very quiet. The room and bathroom were clean and in great condition. I like that the bathroom had a bidet. I got a lot of fluffy towels too. I have heard a lot of negative stories about the level of cleanliness in Italy, so this hotel exceeded my expectations. Just be aware that it's not in the center of Rome, but a bit further away, so you'll have to use the metro.

The hotel is fantastic! I still feel lucky to find and stay at this hotel. Location was very convenient as It's 2 min walk away(even though it shows as 4 min on Google map) from Metro station, the owner and staffs were so kind and professional, and the property building itself is very elegant and classic. I travel a lot(7-9 weeks a year)and this hotel was one of very few hotels including 5 star hotels, where I didn't get any dust/bed sheet allergy at all. Really nice and well-manages hotel. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stat at this hotel again.

The staff was great, they are very amable and always helpful and fun. The view from the room was great too, the hotel has a courtyard which is exactly what you would picture in your mind when thinking of Rome

The bathroom doesn't have enough places to hang things on. We resorted to hanging the towels from the shower cabin because we had to use the door hangers for clothes

The location was great with good communications to the city centre nearby (metro, bus) and grocery stores etc. A nice neighborhood, feels like the streets are full of embassies. The hosts were great and the room felt really "romanesque" enabling us to immerse ourselves in Rome even when in the room. The neighborhood is safe (e.g. for small families) even at night.

Location is close to Metro and 10 min cab ride to all the main ancient attractions. The listing said breakfast 7-10 a.m. but did not provide it, which was a big disappointing since it’s not close to many breakfast options. Good room but wish the listing didn’t say it had breakfast as it was a reason we chose it.
