The hotel has a pretty courtyard that makes a charming first impression. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming.The room itself was airconditioned all the time (a necessity in the summer heat!) and was oriented towards the courtyard, thus being very quiet. The room and bathroom were clean and in great condition. I like that the bathroom had a bidet. I got a lot of fluffy towels too. I have heard a lot of negative stories about the level of cleanliness in Italy, so this hotel exceeded my expectations. Just be aware that it's not in the center of Rome, but a bit further away, so you'll have to use the metro.

The hotel is fantastic! I still feel lucky to find and stay at this hotel. Location was very convenient as It's 2 min walk away(even though it shows as 4 min on Google map) from Metro station, the owner and staffs were so kind and professional, and the property building itself is very elegant and classic. I travel a lot(7-9 weeks a year)and this hotel was one of very few hotels including 5 star hotels, where I didn't get any dust/bed sheet allergy at all. Really nice and well-manages hotel. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely stat at this hotel again.

Location is close to Metro and 10 min cab ride to all the main ancient attractions. The listing said breakfast 7-10 a.m. but did not provide it, which was a big disappointing since it’s not close to many breakfast options. Good room but wish the listing didn’t say it had breakfast as it was a reason we chose it.

Proximity to Termini station and Metro; working AC

The location was great with good communications to the city centre nearby (metro, bus) and grocery stores etc. A nice neighborhood, feels like the streets are full of embassies. The hosts were great and the room felt really "romanesque" enabling us to immerse ourselves in Rome even when in the room. The neighborhood is safe (e.g. for small families) even at night.

Staff was jolly and kindly. The location was perfect to reach main metro, bus and tram stations. Room cleaning was very good and our room was cleaned periodicly everyday

There were no beeakfast. There was no fridge for cooling any drink or water individually. Old room interior decoration could be more modern and newer

The hotel is very close to the metro station and bus stop so you can easily reach all the important sights. The beds are comfortable. The great thing is that every day we returned to the hotel room and the bed was perfectly made and and we were given new clean towels every day.

ATTENTION! In the description of the accommodation there is this sentence: "A buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room and comes with pastries, cheese, ham as well as fruit, yoghurt and hot and cold drinks." However, as we were doing the check-in, we were surprised to find out that breakfast is not served. We were told it was because of the covid. So it would have been great if breakfast was not mentioned in the description.

Good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms with artistic feel with many pictures on the wall. Overall a very nice place.

The hotel is on a busy road, it's very noisy with cars and bikes screaming up the road all night. Try to get a room at the back of the hotel if you can.

I was a little late for my check-in, but the man at the front desk was more than forgiving and helpful. He provided me with a map and a breakdown of the city and the Metro system. He also provided me with a few bottles of water during my stay. I really like the room although the walls had some dings and marks on them. I also got a room with a balcony which was awesome, although I did not utilize it. Good AC system. Definitely worth it for the money. I wish I would've stayed multiple days.

the owner should invest in his staff and the hotel itself. the hotel looks very nice and clean outside but the rooms could be cleaner. Also I have left do not disturb sign twice and the housekeeper cleaned the room. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay if you just gonna sleep there. Thank you to the receptionist which made the whole stay a lot nicer :)
