we stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment on Via Vittoria. the apartment is super spacious, clean and comfortable. The sofa was really great. It was wonderful to have such facilities for the kids. In addition, the service and responsiveness of the staff were amazing - like a hotel. Location was also superb - close to everything. There was even a washingmachine and a dryer combined which is really really useful for kids.

The only things to note maybe is that water pressure (but I understand that’s the case in many places in Rome), and that it could be helpful to have some basic supplies in the kitchen (salt, more than one tablet of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc). But even though there wasn’t it wasn’t that bad since there is a Carrefour express across the street and prices are good.

This property was centrally located around really great restaurants and shops. 2 Cobblestone St. area, and very close to the Spanish steps. I will deathly stay here again when visiting Rome, a two bedroom, two bath apartment with spacious and clean and accommodated a family of five perfectly.

Everything was great. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The AC was working perfectly and there was minimal noise outside. If I was planning to cook on this vacation I would request a larger kitchen, but it was perfect for our needs

Excellent location. Walking distance from many of the main landmarks and Metro station (Spagna) round the corner. Plenty of bars, restaurants in the area and handy little carrefour express less then a minute away for picking up essentials like Bottled water etc. The apartment is comfortable and has all you would need for a short stay. We didn’t use the kitchen except for making morning offee so can’t comment on how kitchen is equipped. There is a bakery down the street where you can get breakfast pastries and coffees. Lovely apartment that I would definitely use again.

Very little natural light so apartment needs artificial lighting all the time. Bathroom could do with an update.

Apartment was fabulous and air-con was amazing. Would highly recommend. Felt very secure . Very high end facilities

I had booked a shuttle from the airport with them and I had informed them that we would have a short delay with our flight and to please inform our driver. Only then did they call and say that the driver was unavailable and there was no one to pick us up and this was 4 hours till we arrived in Italy. Disappointed with their lack of communication and leaving us without reliable transport.

Big apartment, which was completely suitable for 5 of us (2 adults with 3 children). Perfect location, very close to Spanish stairs and reasonable walking distances (10-15 minutes) from other main attractions (Trevi, Pantheon, etc.).

Perfect location comes with a price of noise from tourists, shops and restaurants which receives they daily supply early in the morning, just passing under your window :( Bathroom needs to be renovated, there was mould on the ceiling and the WC flush also didn't work properly.

I would highly recommend Incentrum, it exceeded our expectations. The location was great, just off the square with the Spanish steps, and surrounded by posh shops and nice restaurants. Walkable to most attractions - the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon etc. There is a Carfour (little supermarket) just across the street. It was still surprisingly quiet at night. The flat itself had all the amenities we needed and more, a really well equipped kitchen. The decoration was amazing, really luxurious and comfortable. The space was huge and overall fairly cool, considering it was very hot in August. Check in was very easy, we just got a code for the doors for self check in. Staff are also available if you need them throughout the stay and communication is excellent. *I would like to note that we did get a free room upgrade*

The only issue was that we got lots of spider bites over night. Although we did leave the windows ajar so this could have been at part to blame. Also, to note, the balcony is only big enough to stand up on.

The location was fantastic. In the old city, very close to The Spainish Steps and 4 min walk to metro. The apartment was large, we had plenty of room and it was great to have a sitting room to relax in after a busy day of sightseeing. Comfortable beds and very clean. having a kitchen and dining room allowed us to make breakfast every morning. There is a small supermarket on the same street. I would certainly return to Incentrum apts

Excellent location. Nice little apartment, perfect for 3 people. Top floor of building which is great, with slight view of nearby piazza and hill. Sound proofing is pretty good given it is a bustling area. The balcony was a real bonus. Air can worked well. Kitchen had a few bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar etc which was great. Check in worked well out of hours, and apartment was cleaned daily. Towels and linen are provided. All in all great value for money, and we would definitely stay again.

Bathroom is a bit small, bidet a bit loose, and shower needs a refurb, but it was fine for a few days. NB - there is no lift and the stairs are steep, so it is really hard work getting the luggage up four stories.

Francesca was lovely and very accommodating, even letting me change my reservation notwithstanding that I'm the one who made the error. They also arranged for someone to move our luggage to be stored in the office while we were out (we were on a tour that started before the office opened and ended after check-out time), which made the day much easier for us. The location was great - within walking distance of the main attractions, but very quiet.

It was not a problem for us, but people with mobility issues should be aware that there are many stairs and no elevator.

Incentrum is the place if you are looking for good service, location and comfortable stay in Rome! Francesca was super helpful and responsive whenever I had questions even before I checked In. The place is located ultra central near both Spagna and Flaminio stations so it’s very convenient. The place comes with 2 balconies- good for having a drink (or two) while enjoy sunset. Check-in process is fast and the suite is clean. The suite comes with 1 bedroom & 1 large sofa bed, good for up to 3-4people to stay in.

It’s a historical building so there’s currently no lift. Would be a pain to walk up if u stay at rooftop floor and carry suitcase. However, if u arrive at certain time during daytime, the team is very helpful and possible to arrange doorman to help u carry up the suitcases.
