Concierge service outstanding, they immediately understood what we liked in terms of restaurants and every day ensured we had another fabulous experience in another great restaurant. Constant availability through whatsapp is such a personal touch that I have never experienced. But it makes you feel someone is always having your back when discovering Rome and just a text message away to help.

Even with a gun pointed at my head I wouldn’t be able to come up with any improvement ideas. Thanks to this hotel my mum and me had the best time and made the best memories in Rome.

The location is excellent - within walking distance to main tourist sites, and the shopping district. It is also a stone's throw away from two Catholic Churches and an impressive Cathedral. The studio was a surprise - it consisted of a bedroom, a nice size living area, a separate shower room, and a bathroom. The connection room for my friends who shared a bedroom was extremely convenient and fun when traveling with friends.

I didn't like the sleeping area of the other room which was like a loft with lower ceilings.

My stay was beyond wonderful. I, without any doubt, would recommend this hotel. Located in the heart of Rome, just a few blocks from the spanish steps, all major attractions and shopping area. The rooms and amenities are superb, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Manager Danielle elevated our stay with his professionalism, hospitality and generosity! Ameera at the reception was quite lovely, welcoming and accommodated all of our needs. Her assistance and positive energy made our stay more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the great breakfast and afternoon tea.

Outstanding hotel with excellent location, exemplary breakfast, large comfortable and luxurious rooms, great staff, superb service. We will be back next year.

Premium location in Rome, close to the Spanish steps, luxury shopping and Trevi fountain. Everything you need is within walking distance, and if you ever needed a car/Taxi, you can find one easily. The hotel was very clean with a great smell that hits you once you step your foot in the building, very modern. The suite was stunning with a huge bathroom, large bed and modern design. What a great peaceful place to unwind after spending a long day walking/shopping in the beautiful city. Staff was very nice and helpful too. We had to delay our check-in for a day and we were not penalized for that, thanks to management!

I just spent the weekend at your hotel.     I want to give you my compliments for the beauty of the hotel and the room we were assigned.    Most importantly the services were exceptionally good.   The ladies in the reception were Top, specially Amira with whom we were fortunate enough to interact the most.  She was very professional, very helpful and most of all very active in anticipating the things we needed before we ever asked, such as booking transfers for dinner etc.  So is the group at the restaurant.  We have always taken breakfast in the room and the service was fast, impeccable and very elegant!  you have a great team there!  take care of them!
