Location is perfect! The property is located in the Prati district just a few 100 meters from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Dome. You can reach many nice parts of the city by foot otherwise you have a metro stop right around the corner. The room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, staff was incredibly nice and helpful, breakfast was simple but great!! The check in was very simple. All the steps to an access the building and the room I received via WhatsApp very detailed and it was so simple to get into the room. I can highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Rome!

It's good, but the variety of products to choose from at breakfast should improve. Providing only long-lasting products and sweets doesn't seem like the right option to me. Why not some fresh bread, cheese, ham, some fruit, in short, what is normal for a Continental Breakfast? I am pleased to mention the offer of free transportation from the airport to the hotel.

It was new for me to do a self-service check-in. The reception at check-in based only on WhatsApp notifications and messages does not seem right to me, especially since nowhere, during the booking process, is this information made available. As I still had my cell phone in flight mode, I didn't notice the messages, so when I arrived I was confronted with an entry without hotel information or anything similar. There was only one person, who I presume was the building's doorman and who requested me to go to the 1st floor, where they could help. Then everything became easier.

We loved the beds and the breakfast every morning. The location is amazing and there’s a bazaar around the corner. There are many restaurants for all budgets close by. The taxis are lined up next to the location so is public transportation but it was a little too hot to ride on them since Rome isn’t an AC kind of place. The owners and staff are easily accessible if you have a question. We actually had to extend our stay by a day and they accommodated it. The pricing for the room, location and accessibility is affordable. We stayed for 10 days. They offer daily cleaning or you can choose to omit the service. Definitely would stay here again. The beds are extremely comfortable and it’s very clean. My sister ended up staying in our room because hers was horrible. I booked the quadruple for my brother and I, originally, so there was a lot of space. Did I mention a 24/hr restaurant and bar right across the street? I loved my stay and I would recommend this place to everyone.

The WiFi was okay but definitely not bad.

The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Vatican City, and lots of restaurants/cafes/bars on the street. Breakfast was served to our room every morning on a nicely set table, with everything from coffee, tea, fruit, cereal, pastries. Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely made up. We will definitely be back

There isn't really anything we didn't enjoy. The staff were so lovely, we were able to leave our bags on our last day after we'd checked out, so we didn't have to bring them around with us. We collected them when we were ready to go to the airport.

Self checkin was easy and fun (open frontdoor with website and pincode for hotel(floor) door, then open a keylock for your room key. Most likely similair at other locations, but the whole experience was just fun with children. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities that you could wish for. Breakfast was extensive and well prepared by the hostess, she helped with everything and was very friendly. We could ask for anything through email and whatsapp. Highly recommended!

wifi didnt really work, but we could work with out celluar connection. Breakfast could use some healthy options (maybe fresh fruit or something)

It is a good size room with basic decoration. It was clean, was able to open windows which is important for me. Location is great, very close to Vatican and tube station. I felt safe as a solo woman traveler.

I would like a bit more characteristic in the room, the building is beautiful but rooms are so basic. However, it is probably why the price vs performance was good.

The property was in a fantastic location for everything. The Vatican and st.peters square were just over the road. Bars shops and restaurants all around you. Easy to find and gain access. Silvia and staff were very informative. They helped us with all our questions and queries. The room was perfect. The breakfast was just right too! Such a pleasent stay.

Great location very close to Vatican. Good shopping and restaurants in area. Building has an elevator. Close to Metro stop, trolley and bus transportation options. Self check-in was easy. Attentive staff went above and beyond, even leaving us some breakfast despite our early morning check-out. Good lighting and attractive room furnishings.

Prime location on a busy street corner meant it was a bit noisy at times. Numerous list of rules prominently left on desk felt a bit unwelcoming. At this price point I didn’t need to be reminded that they would count the towels after our departure.

Bathroom was brand new, very clean with an amazing shower. Bed was also super comfy. Location perfect for visiting the Vatican and the bus shuttle to airport. Continental breakfast adequate to set us up for the day.

Room was a little bland just white walls with a TV - maybe a picture or art would be nice. We also didn’t have a view (overlooked by buildings opposite which was a shame).

The breakfast and cleaning girl was amazing The Front entrance security man was also amazing and helpful

I have to be honest I thought it was a hotel it's actually a bed and breakfast and we are used to all the amenities at hotels and never do a bed and breakfast but this location the clean room the great people who worked there made up for it I cannot stress enough about the location you can see the Vatican from your window and it's honestly a 5 minute walk
