We love the location! It is directly in front of Roma Termini so even if you arrive late at night it would be convenient to just walk. The reception is accommodating even if you arrive late. They also received our mobile internet package sent thru mail by our provider. Our room which they said small is quiet huge actually. We love it. They also have storage area where you can keep your things if you need one. Good breakfast is also provided.

The elevator is a bit small. If you are two people with backpack and luggage you will be face to face with each other 🤣 good thing they have 2 elevators available.

Its location is very convenient, just situated next to the train station and plenty of other establishments. The staffs also deserves acknowledgement for being very nice and approachable. The hotel also offers a good breakfast buffet.

I was really really sure that I’ve booked this with the green sign ‘breakfast included’. Although it’s only 10 Euro per day per person, I find the post here in Booking.com before to be very misleading. I’ve also noticed that other people in the hotel had the same issue. But upon checking lately here in Booking.com the breakfast is no longer included, so maybe it was just a past mistake (?). The hotel also seem a bit old, I hope they’ll do more renovations. But I must also say that the room is clean and they change their sheets and towels daily.

Receptionist is open 24/7, and all staff were friendly to me. Breakfast buffet is also okay.

It’s not the property’s fault but I didn’t quite like the location at early morning as the station was closed during this time, and I had to walk from the bus stop and walk a longer route. Again, not the property’s fault but I think solo travellers (especially women) should be aware that it’s not that safe to walk around the area at night to early morning. Better to take a taxi and pay a few euro to get there from the station. Or at least in my case, I should’ve done that.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful!, Maria Carolina made our stay in Rome special, she helped us with bookings, questions, guiding us, and the girl from the front desk at night also recommended a great Roman restaurant. The hotel’s restaurant also have a wonderful staff and the food is good.

They hotel rooms are very spacious but they managed to make the bathroom uncomfortable, the shower is not enjoyable and there is a bidet blocking the space.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was serviced everyday. Breakfast was amazing. Motel was so close to transport and amazing restaurants and within walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and shopping

The front office receptionist Maria Carolina and Mahmoud they were super friendly, helpful and polite

the room floor was very cold 🥶. the elevator was so old and scary. the cups at the breakfast was not clean. The phone in the room was broken. I can’t contact anyone inside the hotel.

The location was great because was in front of Roma Termini where you could take the train, the subway metro buses and everything. Inside of Termini there was a plenty shops of food, clothes, services, like everything you need. Breakfast was a buffet of different delicious foods and as a person who eat to much I was very satisfied. The room was spacious for a couple and very clean.

The only thing that went missing (in my opinion) was the slippers in the room.(more like a suggestion, I didn't bring flip flops with me and it was a little uncomfortable to walk barefoot throughout the room and specially in the bathroom although it was very clean).

The location and wifi are great, and I enjoyed a quiet, spacious, corner room on the top floor with ample windows although the furnishing was old and the bathroom though spacious quite stuffy. The reception staff are also very nice and helpful.

Not much really. My reservation did not include breakfast, but I tried it one day and was thankful I hadn't paid for breakfast for all nights. I recommend the hotel and would book it again if I ever visit Rome again, but I wouldn't include breakfast. In any case, there are many cafes around and a supermarket right in front of the hotel, so it isn't a big problem.

Our stay at the Madison Hotel in Rome was exceptional. We loved everything about it. Andre was at reception when we arrived. His presentation was very warming and did everything in his power to make sure our stay was a very comfortable and memorable one. Jerry was the first waiter we met at breakfast. He was very helpful in showing us around the breakfast lounge and brought a very big smile to our faces with his humour and very cheerful attitude. Our room was very clean, warm, and cheerful. It had a fridge/mini bar containing complimentary water. It also had a very useful safety deposit box in the wardrobe The barthroom was very clean and spacious, including a bidet. The location was perfect for all our needs and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the Madison Hotel in Rome.

To be honest, I can't think of anything we didn't like about the Madison Hotel.

# The best location🤌;very close to Rome Termini train station. # I really like the behavior of the main boss/manager. I think he knows his job very well.👏 Saying that.. There was a little bit of confusion about my booking. The two receptionists couldn't find my booking like for half an hour in the system. They checked the booking confirmation on my mobile and checked my passport; took both of them to see if I really booked it or not!! I was standing there 30min tired n all. Everything was paid online from my side. Then the manager came ,saw the situation, and just solved it by giving me the room-key so that I don't have to wait any longer. Really appreciated..🙏 (They found my booking in the system maybe 1hr later)
