The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms/beds were comfortable and clean. Location is great and we managed to see all the tourist attractions by foot (Vatican City about 1 hour walk but Trevi fountain, Spanish steps approx 20-25 mins walk, Colosseum approx 35 min walk). Plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.

The only thing was the shower was tiny/awkwardly laid out so made washing quite awkward.

Location of the hotel is very good, not to far from Colosseum and Fontana Di Trevi / 15 minutes by bike. You can find regular parking spot right outside the hotel, hours are unlimited, we payed around 30e for 3 days, which is a lot cheeper than garages which will cost around 30e per day. Our room was the same as showed in the picture, very clean and cozy, we were welcomed by cookies, coffee, tea and bottled water. Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided every day with new shampoos and shower gels. Our host Mary was very kind and helpful with everything we need, everything was 10/10. Near the hotel you can rent a Vespa, it's called 'My Scooter rent in Rome' and you can park it literally anywhere.

The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Termini Station, which was quite convenient for me. Near the hotel, there’s a local pizzeria where the food is both delicious and affordable. The hotel staff greeted me warmly. The room itself was clean and cozy. The bathroom was well-stocked with personal hygiene items: shampoos, shower gels, soap, a toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable shower caps and slippers, cotton swabs and pads, a nail file, and body cream. The towels had a caramel scent (I’m not sure if it was the fabric softener or just the smell of freshly laundered towels, but it reminded me of caramel, which was lovely). The room was heated, and I could adjust the temperature myself. Since I often feel cold, I surrounded myself with plenty of pillows, which made it even warmer and cozier. The ceilings in the room were very high and covered with stone, which I think might have made it harder to retain heat for long. My windows faced the street, but they completely blocked out the noise from cars, so it was comfortable to sleep. The room included complimentary bottles of water, as well as a tea and coffee set. I particularly enjoyed the powdered chamomile tea and ginseng coffee. A special thanks for these thoughtful details! A warm, relaxing tea after long walks in the rain was just what I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bed linen was very pleasant to the touch.

I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. However, it didn’t bother me too much overall. Also there was a clogged shower drain, which caused water to build up quickly in the shower cabin.

We loved everything about the property. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, the bed was amazing, shower nice and hot and had everything we could need for our stay. The location itself was great as well, we were next to many great restaurants and coffee shops and just a 20 minute walk from the coliseum. Would 100% recommend this place was any couple looking for a nice comfortable place to stay. The staff was also amazing!

First of, the staff members were lovely! Mary messaged be a few days before my arrival to ask for my ETA, and she made sure everything would be okay with my check in. The other staff members were just as lovely. The room was exactly like in the pictures (I loved the exposed vaulted ceiling). The AC was working perfectly. The bathroom and shower were perfect. The bed! so comfortable and huge. And the location was really good - close to nice cafes, restaurants, and a 15 min walk to Roma Termini. And of course, the room was cleaned every day.

I like everything really. One thing I will say is about the storage space: there were not closets, but a good space to hand your clothes and also 5 hangers which did the job! Also, no iron to borrow, but again, not something that bothered me, just good to keep in mind when packing!

Very nice small boutique hotel in the quiet part of city center. Exquisite design. The staff is very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room and helped us with all issues we had. The room is clean and good equipment with almost all necessary, including good cosmetic kits. The towels were changed every day. I would stay here again.

We had a problem with hot water, but it was resolved as soon as we said about it. There was a small kettle at the room, tea and instant coffee, but it would be better for us to have a small capsule coffee machine. The bed was creaky, which could uncomfortable for a couple. These are minor issues worth fixing, they didn’t impacted on our staying

Mary was extremely helpful! We arrived so early that morning and she checked in with us via text to see what time we would arrive at so that she could have the room ready for an early check in. The room was very clean and had a beautiful stone ceiling. The bed itself was very comfortable and we heard zero noise the entire stay it was so quiet!

It is quite a walk to most attractions but we knew this when we were booking and the staff showed us the best routes to walk and or obtain public transport which was very helpful.

Great location, great rooms and great facilities! Mary is the best host, super helpful and super friendly! would definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Rome! Really close to some family run bars and restaurants directly outside which was handy for a quick wine beside bed! :)

Nothing, we liked everything about the hotel, couldn’t fault it but If you don’t like noise then make sure you request a room at the back of the hotel, we stayed in a room at the front the first night and it was very noisy from traffic and the air con wasn’t working so we couldn’t have the windows open, we didn’t sleep a wink. We told Mary and she sorted it straight away, our room was changed, our bags moved for us and the air con working, we couldn’t have been looked after any more, she was first class! We would definitely stay again! Thanks Mary

The hotel is located close to the historical centre and you have access to public transportations. Various options for breakfast, coffee and food are in walking distance. My partner and I had made a mistake on the original booking which the Host have rectified easily on the day of our arrival and was very kind not to charge us extra. The room was amazing and exactly what we needed for. The photos available depict accuratly the condition. But the most important thing we enjoyed was the hospitality and the friednliness of the staff. They also surpirsed us with a little proseco bottle on my birthdday and in general they have been amazing and we thank them very much

It was in a decent location, had a fridge in the room, and had a kettle. Very clean and contemporary room, including a smart TV. Communication was excellent if we needed to get in touch about anything.

Room a little bit small but ok and the shower was cramped but I am a big fella. Nothing at all worth complaining about.
