Comfortable beds and good location (20 minute walk from Roma Termini and Trevi Fountain). For breakfast there was a juice, croissant, chocolate pastry, 2 coffees and сухарики for each person with nutella and jams. Excellent shower, if a bit open, and the rest of the bathroom was good too. The receptionist Rosalyn was very accommodating and lovely. Good bang for your buck.

The only negative thing was that the air conditioning could not cope with the July heat, especially during the night when we were in the room for a long time.

Location is good, staff is really friendly and helpful! Daily refilled coffee&sweets are awesome! Internet was perfect, bed if comfortable. So it's a good place for that money, so I've rated it that high, but...

I've killed a couple of little cockroaches there :(

Marco (hotel manager) was very welcoming and friendly Room was clean, spacious and air conditioning was fabulous Hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the town's main square and only a 10 min walk from Pompeii Archaeological Park Town and area felt very safe even at night

Although we had our own bathroom you had to leave your hotel room, walk across the corridor (where other guests could be walking) and then walk through the door into the bathroom I can't remember seeing on hotels.com that this would be the case or not but it would've been better having the bathroom within the room for better privacy. I would recommend the hotel leave a dressing gown in the hotel room so you can easily put this one and get to the bathroom without having to go to the bathroom fully clothed and then having to redress in the bathroom after a shower

The breakfast was a nice treat. There were very nice and tasty restaurants nearby within walking distance. And the taxi and ubers had no trouble finding us to pick up or drop off. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

I was traveling with my Aunt. The beds were not separated as requested and the shower is viewable to the whole room. Which if your a couple is not a big deal but I didn't care to see others showering. The beds were very firm.

The breakfast was just packaged sweets in the room and coffee maker. ok but nothing much.

There is only staff on desk part of the time, someone there 24 hours would be better. We asked the hotel on first floor to call a cab for us and he was annoyed that he had to do this for La Roma. Had it not been for us having to deal with this person(not from La Roma) stay would have been 10/10

The breakfast was poor the bed was comfy location was a bit out of the way staff were good it was spot on for the price. Good for a lads week away not really a family friendly use it as a base there is a good cafe a couple of doors down that are very pleasant and do good food.

I loved the coffee machine in the room so I could start my day like always: with coffe in the bed. :) The room was very big and clean, the staff very kind. We had breakfast as well in the room. They tidy the room every day. We arrived around midnight and the self check-in was easy.

The building is a little bit noisy. We could hear clearly what the people talked in the room in front of our room. I think we also heared the elevator. But I always sleep with earplugs so it wasn't a big problem for me. For breakfast there are only sweet things but it was fine.

Spotlessly clean, safe, friendly, close to the centre, great value for money, air conditioning quiet and efficient, clean towels every day. We were on the 5th floor and they had a great lift just outside- helpful with suitcases! Breakfast ample and a coffee machine!!

I had specially requested twin beds, as I was travelling with a friend, not a couple, we are both pensioners but we had a double bed. As we arrived later in the afternoon,, the host altered them on the 2nd day. This was a positive outcome.

Fantastic place and localisation of the hotel. It was 16 minutes away from the main train station. We could not come within hours of check-in but that was not a problem. Outside the rooms is special safe for which you would receive the code and all instruction how to access it. I highly recommend and the cherry on the top was the small sweet breakfast which was prepared in the room for the guests. Honestly if I plan to visit one more time Rome this would be the first place where I would be looking the accommodation ! Great value for the money and even that was nearly in the city center room was very quiet .

The breakfast was just enough for us and we enjoyed it. It was very clean. The cleaner made our bed everyday, gave us fresh towels and cleaned the bathroom and gave us our breakfast while we were out for the day. It was very clean and the cleaner was really friendly and met all of our needs. Really good value for money and we would definitely stay again.

It is a basic room and needs a few updates. Doesn’t have much natural light. But we were happy with it.
