The hotel is beautiful: special, cool, young, colorful (but not too fancy). The staff is very friendly - always courteous, nice, very willing to help. For example, they helped us get tickets to the Vatican and the Colosseum when we couldn't get tickets anywhere. The hotel facilities are very useful: the pool is excellent and pleasant for the hot days, the rooftop restaurant is simply delicious, very trendy and very popular (it's important to book in advance), the breakfast is rich and tasty and the restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, and if you need something to snack on in the evening, the pizza is absolutely great. The rooms are excellent - even the small rooms are spacious, clean and with a luxurious bed and very comfortable pillows. We wanted to say a big thank you to Omar and Janebra (Receptionist), Niko (Restaurant Manager), and Hassan (Operations Manager) for all their help. We will definitely return to the hotel on our next visit to Rome!

Staff are really nice, the hotel is totally unique and the pool is a really cool touch! Rooms were big, the TV is massive and the bed pretty decent! The roof top bar is beautiful! It’s close to the subway, but hard to say the location is amazing when you consider it’s pretty far from the city (although we knew this before 😊)

Haha it’s not a place for people who suffer with hay fever, flowers everywhere. On a more serious note though, the noise from the rooftop bar in our bedroom was tragic, it was so noisy - even when the DJ calmed down, the moving of tables and chairs really kept us up! Such a shame! We also had a massive issue on the way out - our credit card was charged twice due to the teams inability to work out how to manipulate the previously authorised money. We ended up basically paying twice, and are still waiting on the authorisation to return to our credit card. Although we were made aware of the error, locking off double the amount during our holiday made it tricky later down the line.

Fabulous hotel with beautiful decor. Very friendly staff at reception and a great pool, sauna and steam room.

It was let down by the restaurant service. We ate in on the first evening and whilst the food was good, the service was slow and chaotic. After we were seated it took around 20 minutes for someone to explain to us that there were no printed menus, and you accessed the menus via a QR code. Each time we wanted to order it took ages to attract the attention of one of the waiting staff. Breakfast service was similarly chaotic, and overall the restaurant side didn't match the quality of the services of the rest of the hotel. However, we found some wonderful restaurants in the Prati area and would particular recommend Il Ciociaro on Via Barletta, a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

The design is very eclectic, which we really liked. The hotel's restaurant serves tasty, yummy food. The breakfast selection is not huge, but has everything that is needed. The sound insulation of the room was better than excellent. We couldn't hear a thing even if a family member used the room's bathroom in the middle of the night. Other guests' noise? Forget it.

In such a well-insulated room, the AC feels quite noisy in the night even at the lowest setting of the fan. The multifunctional machine in the gym was broken, and there are no tools for even a moderate lifting session (no barbell, no rack, etc.).

They upgraded my room to a large room with lots of comfortable seating and cute decor - everything was very clean. In terms of amenities, there were free films on the TV available and even old school arcade games on the ground floor too. The sauna was also great and they provided refreshments there.

The location is nice and quiet near the Vatican but not super close to the centre of Rome, so depends what your trip is for.

2 nights we were there we had private events and couldn't use the rooftop due to this. Bit odd for me to let people pay for all facilities and not get use of all facilities due to private events.

Nice design hotel to stay at, the location is good and very close to the metro. The staff was very welcoming and nice.

The bathroom has an issue, as the style is very modern but inconsidered. There is basically no waterproofing on the door separating the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom is always wet and humid. There is no kettle or coffee machine available in the room, which might have been a nice touch for winter periods, considering the overall price, and unavailability of the restaurant/bar at certain times and during some events.

The hotel is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, even the smallest rooms have enough space and the balcony was nice to have.

The service at the restaurant wasn’t great. We had breakfast one morning and the host was very friendly, almost felt like if we were asking them for a huge favour. We also had tea a few times and drinks, and they always seemed to have issues charging our bill to the room.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in a great location as it is close to many tourist attractions. The food was delicious and there were many family-friendly activities such as the spa, gym, and swimming pool.

We were not informed about the city tax at check-in. Everything else was perfect.

The restaurant, even though a little expensive , has amazing food. The rooms were very comfortable, staff was nice. We used the pool and sauna which was also quite nice. You have to book it in advance at the moment but i think it ends up being a good thing as it's not very big and would end up not being very nice if there was too many people there.
