Great location near the Pantheon. Could walk most places. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very charming mix of modern with antiquities.

First two nights, there was no air conditioning in our room. It was July. They did finally get it turned on. No counter space in bathroom-just pedestal sinks. Teeny tiny elevator took several rounds with the luggage. No lobby but there was a shared space on our floor. No view from rooms. City View means you’re looking at the back of neighbor’s apartments or alley with trash. There is not an iron in the room, you have to ask but it’s shared so you can’t keep it.

Everything was perfect : our room was one of the smaller rooms and modestly priced, but still great. A nicer view would have made it amazing, but for that a more expensive room would understandably have been necessary. Our room was nonetheless lovely and light, and very well appointed. All the staff were fantastic for our entire three days!! Extremely helpful and despite being an up-market boutique hotel the staff were relatively informal and extremely pleasant! The position in Rome of the Hotel is absolutely fabulous and its history is extremely interesting !!! A fantastic stay!!

There was absolutely nothing we did not like!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The building itself was beautiful and centrally located.

I informed the hotel we were heading there for a special occasion and to please provide as nice a room as possible. While the room itself was beautiful the toilet was broken so my parents had to move room after the first night. They were then moved into a room with a tv that didn't work. While I appreciate these things happen and the hotel took 100€ off our stay (after I inquired for discount) I would have appreciated if the room was properly checked before I checked in, particularly given I stressed that it was for a special occasion. I would stay here again because the location is excellent and the room is comfortable but if it's for a special occasion not sure they would make much of a fuss for you!

Breakfast was great, a lot more than I expected. The room was also immaculate, the right mix of modern amenities in an historic building. Having a window open to the exterior was also nice, location, it is off the beaten path yet still close to most things in the area, even a popular gelato place.

The A/C gave problems on the last day…so the room was really warm at night. The TV also didn’t serve much purpose…there was an option to stream from your device, but that didn’t seem to be compatible with AirPlay on iOS devices

A beautiful well located property, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. Furniture, art work and general decoration contributed to the feeling of real luxury. My Wife and I took the opportunity to take part in a cooking and wine tasting lesson with Diago (Chef) & Leonardo (In-house Sommelier) and this was just a fantastic, relaxed and informative experience. We felt very welcome and at home for the duration of our stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends...just top notch!

The one tiny criticism I have is that we would have preferred more traditional Italian breakfast offering, such as cold meats and cheese and maybe one type of pastry....just my own personal preference!!

This hotel has ruined me for any future stays now. Even a regular room was enormous, with incredibly high and beautiful ceilings and windows. The way that bathrooms and wardrobes have been retrofitted into these classical spaces is superbly done. Everything felt brand new and of high quality. Room had everything we needed. Staff were wonderfully friendly. The location is convenient and the 'tucked away courtyard' kind of vibe was really nice given the busy streets surrounding the hotel.

Depending on how long you stay there, breakfast may become repetitive. It's good but also the same set meal every day. Paid extras are available however. The only major issue we had was finding one of the pillows was quite darkly stained and torn open. Because there was only one firm pillow each and around 4 soft ones, we swapped the pillow case over. I don't necessarily have a problem with doing that but it should probably have been throw away or at least cleaned and repaired before being reused.

Very unique. Room's size and decor - I like large spaces rather than micro bedrooms hotels offer, so this is perfect setting. You get a large, very high room in an old building. Perfecly placed in historical center. They also have now added a breakfast room and a bar, so you no longer need to eat in the room.

The only small things were: water in the room is paid (5 EUR, where I'd expect at least first bottle to be complimentary). Breakfast is complimentary, but it's continental (very sweet) and you have to pay 10 EUR for eggs, choices are limited. I think after 2-3 mornings you'll want to eat it elsewhere. I think I also was double charged for one breakfast by mistake (I didn't catch it until much later). Still well worth it.

The staff were really helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The property itself is gorgeous. I actually feel as though the photos don't do it justice. It's really secure and you enter through a private courtyard which adjoins the bustling main street. Despite being in the city centre and less than a 5 minute walk from the Pantheon, it wasn't loud at all in the room, which was really comfortable. In the early evening you could hear street performers but only at a distance, these were really good, one was a soprano and the other a violinist. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of really nice cocktails in the bar/restaurant in the evening which was open from 17:00 - 23:00 so you could drop in there for a nightcap if you'd been for a meal. The room itself was relatively small but the ceilings are all 18th century restored timber ceilings and they gave the place so much character. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

We honestly had a great time here but the only unusual thing is the breakfast. Booking.com doesn't state that the included breakfast is a cold breakfast only. You then have to order a hot breakfast on top of this at additional costs. This is clear when you sit down for breakfast so it's not 'hidden'. The cold breakfast is then several rolls, breakfast muffins, some granola and yogurt, fresh coffee and orange juice. Really nice but it would have been nice to have a hot option included.

I have nothing but good things to say about this new boutique hotel near the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. The door to the hotel is tucked in a courtyard with no obvious sign outside on the street that there is a hotel here. If you go to the address, you will find it. We were greeted by Georgio who took care of our every need and got us right into an available room. He even accompanied us to the room and gave us a full tour of all the features of our room. All of the staff was attentive to our every need throughout our stay. This hotel is sited in an old Palazzo. Breakfast was included with the room that we rented, and it was fabulous. There was also a full bar near reception. All the rooms are brand new and everything is top of the line. The location was incredible and virtually within walking distance of most of the major attractions of central Rome.We could not have picked a better place to stay. This hotel is highly recommended.

Everything was excellent.

Stunning design. Ideal location. Superior hospitality and service. You won’t find a more ideal home base for your Rome adventure. While the design and location are the obvious draw, the service is what truly stands out. The front desk was able to accommodate a same day restaurant reservation at the height of tourist season at the hottest restaurant in town. The bar tender made our aperitivo experience memorable, the breakfast staff were gracious and served an elegant and satisfying morning meal to start our day. It was a lovely stay!
