The location was very handy for the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. A lovely huge apartment

A lot of stairs to climb and the owner insisted on cash even escorting my husband to the cash point and getting quite agitated when the machine was empty. Then escorted my husband to the bank where we had trouble with our cards but eventually got him his cash.My reservation clearly stated card payment accepted..He thought it was ridiculous that we weren't carrying that amount of cash around ready for him.

The apartment is really "old-world" and spacious. A really great find and the location is within walking distance of everything. We walked most of the attractions in Rome from here and everything was within 20-30 minutes max. The apartment consists of a kitchen with coffee and cooking facilities (we didn't use them, as we ate out but they seemed great), a lovely double bedroom and then a lounge area. I feel we didn't really make good use of the whole apartment, as we were out and about most of the time but you could happily eat in and relax in the evenings, if you chose to do so.

Not really a problem for us but the apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs to walk up if you aren't good with stairs

The location was perfect. The property is very charming, and it makes one feel immersed in Rome’s magic atmosphere. The owner was very attentive and helped us to carry the luggage up. We truly appreciate it!

There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. We had to keep the door closed at all times with the fan on.

We loved our Apartment, had amazing Location. Apartment is very very old/antique and you need to be careful not to do some damage while staying. It was clean and well maintained. This Apartment has some very interesting story, maybe shoud the Owner do some Book or Album so that every Guest can read and enjoy the Story while staying there.

Glass sink in the Bathroom needs to be fixed. We wanted to know something more about the Apratment and its history but could not find anything online. 😊

The location was molto bene! it was easy to come in and out during the day to change clothes, drop off packages, or rest a little. Communication before arrival was excellent.

For retirees, the steps to a third floor were difficult. (That is really 4th floor for Americans.)

The apartment was a lot bigger than I anticipated. It was a great place, in a fantastic position. Close to the Pantheon and walking distance to the Vatican and Colosseum, along with most of the other icons to see.

Shower pressure is not very good, but shower alcove is quite spacious - most of the places we have been the shower alcove is tiny. Toilet seat was broken, but we managed.

The place was extremely clean, which was very important as we had a 9-month old baby who was playing a lot on the floor. The location is great, it is within 30-min walking distance to anything important to visit in Rome. The host even waited to do a late checkin (22:30) without extra charge, and let us do a late check out (12:00) again without any charge.

It needs some shower gel, garbage bags and paper towels to be perfect. Other than that nothing to complain about. All the buildings in the area do not have an elevator, so nothing to be done about that.

great location, large with old furniture, incl piano, great atmosphere, heating worked, will book again !

to be a full perfect 10 some things could be improved: 1) the third bed is a worked down sofa 2) kitchen utensils are are sparse and cheapest, no salt, no oil 3) service was mixed, met a bit late, but especially the help with luggage after check out was not ideal. 15€ were asked for a 1.5 hr to leave luggage longer. All minor to us as the great location and atmosphere make up for it. but these could be fixed easily to become a full 10

I know Rome very well and the location was really great. It's a historical flat and it is great for a person who loves history and living among historical objects. I really liked the story of the flat's first owner. I'm glad to stay in her house for a couple of days in eternal city of Rome.

Everything was good for me. But for my husband it was a bit difficult to breath because of the dust inside

An old charming apartment with all the modern necessities for a comfortable stay. Well maintained and clean. Perfect location with walking distance to all the main attractions.

The noise from the street outside was quite high but that is to be expected when being in the city centre.
