The room was very clean, very well laid out. It had every minute that you needed including your tea and coffee. The ladies were so accommodating and helpful when I required some printing. Doing. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a very quaint old style lift . It is a 6 minute walk to the metro which allows you into the centre of Rome. And Vatican city itself is a 25 minute walk from the room A 30 minute walk to the stadia Olympico And a 5-minute walk into the Irish bar.

Great location, close to a metro stop, restaurants, and grocery shops. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and we were warmly greeted by our host Michela. We stayed in Rome to do the Rome Marathon and this place was very convenient.

In the evening we could sometimes hear the neighbors, but that usually lasted no longer than till 23:00. The shower place was funny - in front of the kitchenette :)

5 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes to the Vatican. Even though it was a guest house, they gave me the opportunity to leave my things until the train departed, so that I wouldn’t have to carry them with me. Very fast wi-fi )

Soundproofing of balcony doors and windows. It’s as if there is no door at all and mania is driving next to me.

Despite my inability to speak much useful Italian, the host Michela did a fantastic job of guiding me to the room (it's located in a larger multi-purpose facility), checking me in and explaining everything, and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was nice & clean, and the bed comfortable. There's a small balcony as well. There was a hot water maker for tea/coffee. (A mini-fridge would be a welcome addition!). The A/C worked wonderfully. The facility is located on a pretty residential street not far from a couple of metro stops. It's a 20-25 walk to the city center ruins, but the location doesn't have any tourists and had an authentic local flair. Thanks Michela!

Beautiful facilities. Location was further out from centre but within walking distance and heaps of eating facilities nearby. Great public transport. Excellent communication from the hosts

We had an issue with leaking in the bathroom that we could not figure out where it came from but the staff were super quick to try and resolve it

Clean,very easy to have access too,the position is very easy to reach the neighborhood is very nice and clean,the room is very spacious and comfortable,clean and cozy,I loved that the check in and check out procedures were sooo easy and the lady that is in charge of the place was lovely,I definitely recommend!!

The room was immaculately clean, well sized, accessible by lift and with a street view balcony! It has a good sized private bathroom with bath, and is situated a stones throw from the nearest Metro station and just a short walk from the Vatican. The surrounding area is teaming with restaurants and bars and was perfect for our trip through Europe!

Location was excellent as we were over for the rugby. Lots of choice for food nearby at reasonable prices. Ideal to visit Vatican, metro nearby to go to colosseum.

Lots of keys - key required to get into courtyard, key for stair, key for landing then key for apartment. My grandson did not like going in the cage lift although it worked perfectly well.

Location is near the Ottaviano Metro station (4 min) which was excellent for us to go where ever we want to (Fontana Trevi is 3 stations away). Room was cosy and clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough with all required facilities. Everything was clean and neat. Our room had small balcony which was also nice. You can hear the traffic from the main street but we wasn't disturbed by that and had some great sleep nights on very comfortable bed.

The rooms of this small apartment (on the fourth floor) are really very nice, with a nice design. My room was large enough with a nice balcony, perfect for those who smoke or just want to eat out. In the room you will find a minibar, a kettle, a small safe, a hair dryer, TV and extra blankets. The owners are very nice and the breakfast (if it is included) is made in a lovely bar with very friendly bartenders two minutes from the apartment.

Honestly the elevator is really very old and should be changed, but this is not a problem that the owners can solve.
