The location was in a nice neighborhood close to the metro and in a walking distance from the Vatican. The building is very nicely renovated and the room is spacious, clean and soundproofed. Mariella, who serves breakfast is a very kind and friendly person.

The breakfast area is poor and really not needed, considering you are in Rome. That said the brioche was always fresh and good. The air was also a bit stale. All in all, the place was very good, but considering the price range, some luxury would be expected. Unfortunately, it seems the norm in Rome nowadays.

Mariella is a super host! Thank you very much for your advice and your nice work! This is a wonderful spot in Rome: ideal B&B for visiting Rome center and Vatican. Bus stop nearby. Clean rooms, good beds, super bathroom, host Mariella is outstanding. Supermarket at 50 metres, restaurants nearby. Everything super. We recommend it.

SHOWER LEAKED. LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO VATICAN BUT SOMEWHAT FAR FROM OTHER ATTRACTIONS. LOVED MY LATTES IN AM AND THE YOUNG LADY ASSISTING WAS VERY HELPFUL. BREAKFAST WAS MINIMAL, HAVE STAYED AT OTHER B AND B WOULD SERVES FRESH FRUIT AND EGGS FRESHLY MADE. ROOM CLEAN AND ACCEPTABLE.

This was a very comfortable stay! The bed was comfortable, the shower was very modern, air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good and we could always count on Nethmi to be helpful. We were close to several great reataurants where we ended up getting dinner.

It is somewhat far from the monumental center of Rome, so transportation is required if you don't want to walk for over 20 minutes. The Vatican is close, however, as the name implies. The doors to the building and room are opened via a link sent to you by the hosts, which initially seems fine until you start to fear running out of battery on your mobile device and getting locked out of your room. Thankfully this didn't happen to us!

Marianne was really very helpful. She was all smiles and even arranged for gluten free breakfast. She also gave tips about what to do and where to go. The location was great, it is a short distance from Ottaviano metro station. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. We arrived late but self-check in was quite easy

Everything as rated is top tier, staff are extremely friendly and always willing to chat as well as help recommend places to go touristy and less known more authentic areas to visit.

The very friendly, kind and helpful staff and great communication regarding checkin, local food recommendations and sightseeing. liked that the room and facility was clean, safe and had a family-friendly atmosphere.

Loved that breakfast was included, would have liked maybe one or two healthy options. Would have liked either two pillows per bed or a “fluffier” one.

Excellent location, with many shops, restaurants and transport facilities (bus and metro). Very close to Vatican - 10 minutes’ walk and 20-30 minutes’ walk to/from city center. Very friendly staff, kind and helpful and great communication regarding check-in, local food recommendations and sightseeing. Room was cozy, clean and had a friendly atmosphere.

Great location to base our exploration of Rome. Excellent facilities for our infant and the staff are super kind and friendly. Saved 100 euro in guide tour fees because staff gave us a walking map of things to see along with the route from the stay! Has a lift which is welcome feature with luggage and pram!

The facility consists of a few rooms with a shared kitchen and a small place for breakfast. Location is good (close to Vatican, metro to city center), very friendly staff (Andrea & Mariella), breakfast was a nice bonus - they even brought us special gluten-free items for the kids. Overall a very pleasant place at an affordable price.
