I felt like this hotel was good value for the money. The room was not huge but had all we needed (a young couple with a baby). And the staff was helpful anytime we asked for something. We were quite happy with our choice.

The only semi-negative is the location which is "ok", you would have to walk 30 minutes or take the metro to get into the touristy part of the city. Not so convenient if you are travelling with a baby as the metro in Rome is not stroller friendly so it was a bit of a pain to go out or come back. Maybe it was just due to our lack of knowledge of alternatives for transport. In general the place was good

it was very cozy and big room. bed is very comfortable! staff are good and welcome. Thank you Giorgio, he sad about places in city. in hotel was coffee and croissants. Hotel was near the metro, it was comfortable. in the room you can find all what you need: towels, showers, TV. Спасибо большое!

1. I knew about free breakfast only after 2 nights:( because nobody told me about it. I read it in booking. 2. it was surprise for me that I should pay by cash. I thought that I can pay by my card and it was very uncomfortable for me, because I don’t have EU card and I had big commission. 3. Air condition is bad, it look like broken or I don’t now. but in room was hot. 4. they did clean the room only once, but I was here 3 nights.

The excellent management, the free-flowing hot beverages and cold still or sparkling water, the very friendly staff and the location in my old neighborhood near the Vatican Museum and Mercato Trionfale (one of the world's best fresh food markets.) My phone broke, and wonderful Giorgio did his best to find me a loaner phone that would work with my U.S. SIM card. Although I don't eat pastries, the morning cornetti where very fresh and looked good. Grazie mille Mohamad and Giorgio!

Location is very near to most of the attractions, the Hotel is very accommodating l, very budget friendly and highly recommended for Families

Water pressure is not that high but it was never an issue.

Coffee was great. Very friendly.

The process to get into the hotel (it's on the third floor and you need to ring an intercom) wasn't clear in the booking.

Friendly staff, short way to metro, nice area with shops and restaurants, everything we needed was provided, brioche for breakfast and coffee were provided every morning! :)

Property is excellently located for visiting Rome. A short 10 min to St Peter’s Square. Great choice of local restaurants to choose from. Cold water coffee and croissants available all day. Comfortable bed, extra pillows and air con. All you need for a comfortable stay!

It was very clean, and in a great location, near ti the Vatican and to the Metro station

Air conditioning seemed to make noises even when turned off; couldn’t pay the whole amount with card.
